No good.

Received this company through my home warranty. A tech came out to diagnose a leak in a tub/shower faucet. The tech did absolutely nothing, no work, didn't remove anything to even inspect and only took a photo after my prompting for him to do so. He then returns to his shop and makes up some story about damage from another contractor, which is not true, and now I am in declination. I just think the public needs to be aware because once it goes down this road, it is impossible to get a reversal. Very unprofessional!
