Mike German, who is a Service Technician for Platinum Plumbing, was out today to fix the toilet in my bathroom which was not flushing. If there is a 0 star rating , I would give that . These people are the worst when it comes to customer service or fixing the problem. Pruitts were the contractors for fixing my water heater and they were referred to us by my home warranty One Guard . First thing is they came next day to check on the heater. They found that the gas control valve was not working and told me that it will take 5 days to get the part and fix the heater. It was in December/January when the winter is at peak in Phoenix. We had to be without hot water for more than 10 days . First they said 5 days and on 5th day,I called them to find out the status and they were like , will check and call you and as you guessed , they did not call me that day . The next day , I called them again .. they did not answer and I left a voicemail . They never called me back. Then i called my home warranty and asked them to check on the status . So it was constant following up with them and they never even cared about the customer being without hot water for more than 10 days . Finally they decided to come and fix the issue and the guy who came was like taking a call in middle of the work . Comeon ... I was already coming home in the middle of the day to get it fixed coz these guys wouldnt come after 5 or 6 pm . On top of that , the service guy took a call for 10 mins when he was fixing the water heater. Please refrain from using this company to fix your stuff.

We had DW plumbing come out for a simple leak repair and they wanted $970!! I told them no way and glad I did. I called PacMan and he was over in a half hour, worked very hard to fix the problem correctly and only charged us $150. I HIGHLY recommend them- professional, courteous, friendly and they don’t rip you off. Thank you!

I knew nothing about Quail Plumbing, having just done a google search for a 24 hour plumber to respond to my after hours/emergency service call. The water main valve leading into my house broke, spewing water that I could not shut off. I had the good fortune to have Jamey from Quail Plumbing arrive within 45 minutes. Jamey knew his stuff. A real pro. It was an after hours service call and I knew it would not be cheap. But given their quick response and professional plumber (Jamey), I thought the pricing was fair. I'll use them again and would recommend them to others.

We hired Georgel through Adept Plumbing for a shower remodel. His work was excellent. Georgel was professional, precise, reliable and fairly priced. Highly recommend and will hire again if needed.

Wow! What a great recommendation they will be for you! I have a friend who is a plumber. He is out of town so I hire @ChristianBrothersPlumbing. They quote me $1500 for a P-Trap replacement in the wall. Called Laszlos plumbing and they hooked it up! They came to do a snake job for me (I intended to install the new P-Trap myself) but Zultan was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful that I just asked him to do the install for me. Within an hour he completed the job better than the work Cristian Brothers has done for me in the past. And... for only a few hundred in comparison. Literally 1/4 the price. So thankful I found then on Google on a whim today! Thanks guys!
