Tommy arrived with his assistant, Angel they both had a company shirt on, which these days you need to watch out. They found the problem, unclogged the drain. On a Saturday at dinner on a three-day weekend I was in the middle of a do it yourself kitchen faucet replacement when I hit some major issues. With now a leaky hot water valve and a partially disassembled overly corroded unit in a tight space between the counter in my cast-iron sink I had cut and blistered hands and needed some professional help. Tommy answered the phone we chatted I sent him a text and a couple photos. He gave a great quote and said he would be there in about 80 minutes. While I was quite pleased by that he later let me know soon after we hung up that he moved an appointment and would be there shortly it was practically half the time. I was kind of relieved to see he had a bit of a struggle with the removal which I realized I would have probably cause more damage or lost my mind. He got the job done replaced my valve with an upgrade all for a very reasonable parts and labor cost. He then proceeded to give me a couple extra pointers on managing the corrosion of my cast-iron sink around the faucet hole and pointers where I would finish the do it myself part of my install. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, very classy. Heck he didn't even just replace my valve he actually gave me a very nice upgrade and answered all my auxiliary questions. If I ever need plumbing help again especially if I'm in a bind I'm saving his number in my phone right now.
