My experience has been pathetic, poor service, unresponsive.
Street Plumbing & Rooter were assigned to be from AHS for a leak in my bathroom. The plumber came on 03/22/22, and shared that he would need to open the sheetrock to investigate the leak in the bathroom, would get approval from home warranty. I waited, not update for few days, checked with AHS, no claim filed to them. It was impossible to get through over phone. After a week, 15+ phone attempts finally got hold of a RUDE lady on the phone, snapping at me, as if it was my mistake, finally scheduled another plumber to come over on Apr 06.
Charlie came over in super hurry, took a cursory look, started opening/replacing the spout, without sharing any details on the issue with me(customer). On trying to get details, mentioned You would have paid hundreds of dollars to get this fixed, and we are doing it for no cost! Your cost is covered by AHS, and you are be paid!! I did not get details on the issue.
He did a shabby job, mentioned he would file to home warranty and come back to do the proper work after he gets approval.
I checked with home warranty, they shared they have given approval, but no update again from Street Plumbing & Rooter for week+
Again the same issue of trying to get hold, finally got the same RUDE lady on the phone, all blame on plumber and home warranty, she is just a scheduler. Details are with technician, technician failed to share details with me during the visit! She does not have details, from their respective ALL DONE and CLOSED! Goodbye.
And now I have to scout around for another plumber to analyze/fix the leak + get rework of the faucet!
My since advice, STAY AWAY from Street Plumbing & Rooter!!!
and definitely miles away if assigned by home warranty, immediately request for change!!
