Benjamin was knowledgeable about our heat pump air conditioner. He adjusted some settings on the Heat pump for winter, changed the filter and advised us how to maintain it better. He adjusted our thermostat and showed us how to task it. He taught us how to run things a little better. He was more knowledgeable than others we’ve had. He was thoughtful and respectful. He definitely is a very superb employee. Thank you.

After Ozzie had installed a much needed filter in my central heating unit, Chai was available to clear the thermostat message that indicated that I still needed a filter, and then he proceeded to show me how to do that on my own, should I ever have to. Raymond cleaned out my clogged main drain in my house. He went further and helped identify that my septic tank was backed up. He made sure my drain pipe going into my septic tank wasnt broken.
