We've used Mike a number of times in our home, and he gets the job done! He's really friendly and easy to work with, describes himself as a hands on kind'a guy, and that's exactly what he is. He gets to the problem (whether it is under a cramped sink, in the wall, or in the ceiling) and fixes it.
