Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this company. The technician was very courteous and helpful when we had an emergency call. The customer service was wonderful. Jeff talked to us at length over the phone to try to resolve our problem with our grease trap. He was so kind and courteous. As a non profit, small business he was really looking out for us and trying to do the best for our situation. I would highly recommend Steel City Grease Traps!
