We have been using Keough for a handful of years and each time we are impressed.
A few days ago our AC unit stopped working and this team was there the next day. They explained all of our options...were NOT pushy and then sent the estimate the same evening and installed our new AC and Heater a couple days later and were completed in less than a day!

I had an inducer motor diagnosed and replaced. I was charged an exuberant amount. I asked for a price breakdown and found out that I was charged 3 hours for a one hour job @$110/hr. When I called for a price breakdown, I told them the tech was at my residence for 60 mins tops. I was told the tech would call me back and he never did. The owner may do good work and is reasonable, but not the people working for him.
The Keough team replaced our furnace and a/c last summer and just completed a HWH replacement. On both occasions they were quick, clean and reasonably priced, but above all we appreciate their candor and patience as I worked through my decision among the various options. Each time, they happily spent time answering our questions on how to use the new equipment and when to schedule check-up and maintenance appointments. Very happy to know their team is on our side, and we feel lucky to have overheard, by chance, a conversation at Ferri's where another customer was passing along the recommendation of their work.
