Called them a few months when our basement drain backed up. Another company advertised on TV came out and scared us into thinking we needed the line from the curb to the house replaced. They said their camera could only go so far and that was indicative of a major problem. They wanted to run a credit check on me for financing (saying it could run us anywhere from $5k to $10k) and I said no. They left with my basement still full of water. I found Best Pittsburgh Plumbing on Facebook. I think they have several plumbers in the area that they route calls to based on availability. The plumber that came to our home was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He had no problem with the camera inspection and was able to snake out the clog and clear our basement of water for under $200. No problems since then. Very satisfied since the other company was clearly trying to rip us off.
