I was referred to Advanced Sewer and Draining Cleaning by another company that I work with regularly and have had all positive experiences with. When I called, David told us that he was not available today. When we tried to explain that it was an emergency by describing the problem, he hung up on us in the middle of my explanation. Later, he called back (almost an hour later) and said he thought I hung up on him, which we did not do. While it's possible that he could have gotten cut off by a bad phone connection, the professional and responsive thing to do would have been to call back right away.

Excellent service! Keep to their word, always efficient and on time running a business especially when busy, they have always been there and had excellent service I will always refer!

Fast service and great price. Listened to my questions and made good suggestions. Have used them before and trust them.

Had to have a section of my sewer drain replaced and they were recommended by Action Sewer Cleaning company. Did call a few other companies, but they offered the best service at the best price. Called them on a Tuesday and they came the following day! Once they had repaired what we believed to be the only bad part of the line, we found more issues downstream. They came back the next day and replaced another section of the drain. They also completed the service by snaking out the completed drain and ran a camera down to insure that there were no further problems. Took them no more than 3 hours each day to complete the project. Would call them again, if needed (hopefully not, though). Don't waste your time calling around, just got directly to these people. Professional and courteous. Thanks guys for the great job!

Just had Isaiah from drain master come out with an hour and a half and was able to fix my issue same day, I was working from home and was very courteous of that. Price is what was quoted on the phone! Definitely would recommend!

I'd just like to commend this business on a prompt response time after-hours and immense helpfulness. They answered the call immediately and put us in contact with a technician right away. What was most impressive, however, is the fact that the technician gave us a recommendation over the phone that wound up working-- negating our need to have the basement professionally pumped at all. The fact that these guys were willing to lose our business just so we could solve the problem ourselves impressed me a lot. I know that next time I need anything done, I'll call them and trust them to be honest and forthright again-- and I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
