This company and people come in my house reck my sink drawer. The reck my crawl space opening found out The guy said he was the apprentice was actually the owner so is lying to me said he would come back and fix everything never did I had to hire a company to fix my drain And pay that company $300 this company is a rip off I would never use them again promises lies an expensive

Update to my earlier review regarding water heater installation. Josh and his entire organization went the extra mile in resolving the issues i had with the water heater installed in 2022. If your looking for professionalism and integrity in a company I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

My Bathroom remodel project went much smoother after I had Naz finish it. I tried to do it my self by it was overwhelming. These guys came out and gave free estimate and it was very reasonable. Pleasure to do business. From out firm to yours.

All Pro knows what they are doing to get the job done correctly. We usually have them out every two years to clean out tree roots out of our lines. They are on time and get the job done in a short enough time. Cost is right.

I used this service after hours when I punched a hole in my shower pipe. Mr Schmeltz came over and walked me through what happened as well as a plan to fix the issue. I was not charged for the service call where honestly I would have paid a big company hundreds of dollars just to tell me what was wrong. Mr Schmeltz fixed my issue all while being very professional and pleasant. I will be using his services in the future and I hope anyone who has an issue and wants actual customer service will use his business too.

The worst company ever! Did not have choice in working with this company because of Home Warranty Company. Took them 4 times to fix a problem and still not fixed. They also require someone 18 years or older to be at the house. They would not believe me that the person at my house was of the right age. This company has cost me a lot of time and frustration. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. So bonus for me a new hot water heater that still leaks! Thanks for the great service and trust!

I had Pro Handyman come out for a plumbing emergency. They were quick to respond to my call and had someone out within the hour to fix my issue. Price was very reasonable and the plumber was super nice and gave me some inside tips so this situation wouldn't happen again. I had an emergency backup of sewage in my basement on Saturday night. They were the only company open and willing to come out on short notice to clear out the blockage in my drain.

I had them out Sunday afternoon and they absolutely crushed it! They arrived on time and knocked it out with a level of professionalism their competitors just don’t possess. They ran me down the entire process, so that it was easy to understand, and they were in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention they didn’t make a huge mess, and they even cleaned up before they left!

Full service for a comparable price to other companies that don’t care nearly as much. From the phone call to the owner, to the two techs Christian and Roger that came out to perform the fix, a positive experience overall. Would highly recommend 10/10!

Had very poor water pressure in the upstairs bathroom - both the sink and the tub. Amber did a great job on the phone taking all of my information, and Jason he awesome out at the job site. Jason showed up right on time and was able to quickly diagnose where the blockage was occurring, and swiftly replaced two brass PEX connectors that had calcified over time. Water was flowing great immediately. Professional, high quality work done at a very fair price!

Jacob from T&J Plumbing did an OUTSTANDING job replacing my backup sump pump! He was on-time, professional, and honest about pricing and options. T&J were hired after one plumber admitted he was not qualified for the job and plumber number 2 (Roto-Rooter) flooded my basement. T&J were quick to respond to diagnose and provide an estimate and completed the work within 48 hours. I would highly recommend T&J for any of your plumbing needs! (Also, Roto-Rooter was twice as high for half the work that T&J did!) Your best bet is to hire small, local companies! Thank you, Jacob!

First, I had the gas line that needed to be installed. He’s so quickies in and out no wonder it’s not right… The gas company was here they red flagged, my gas line and stove. He will not repaired or fix it. He said he did not do the job I sent him over both checks canceled. He cashed them one for 375 for the gas line and one for 350 for changing out to on off valves . I know I got ripped off but I needed it done. And now that gas line is gonna cost me over 300 again because I have to be taken out replaced properly and put in. I’m going to file with the Better Business Bureau and I’m going to file with a small claims for my $375 back.
