Had a great experience with Rory. He was very helpful in explaining things I had no knowledge about and added important info about my home to their file for the next time someone may have to come out to make things easier. He had to dig down to my outside sewer access and treated it as no big deal (I was worried I would have to do the digging!) Overall very good experience and will use again. Thank you!

Chris and Gary came to our home today to replace our water heater. They went out of their way to quickly resolve our problem. I just had surgery and needed help. I highly recommend Jag Plumbing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use this company. They over charged me for a service knowing the sewer company was going to pay for the service of the camera. I still haven’t gotten my money from them for the camera which I paid $250 and the sewer company pays $200. And when I spoke with the manager he was rude and cutting me off and telling me he was going to contact the sewer company and call me back on three-way. He never called back and I have not been issued my refund. Use any other company but them.

While I did not receive service from them due to my state needing a sooner appointment, the person I spoke with was very informative, went out of her way to explain some industry information, and passed on another suggestion for someone who maybe would be able to come sooner. I booked with their recommendation, and my problem was solved in a matter of hours. Top notch service even when passing on business!!
