Great customer service, great company.

We have used Hank at least 5 times for various things. The latest was that we needed a toilet installed. We ordered the toilet and got it home and called him. Within an hour he called us back and within the next hour they were in my house installing it. Such great customer service. I highly recommend him!

Five Star Plumbing replaced a shut off valve in the basement and installed a new kitchen faucet. Service was excellent. Kamran was polite, thorough, and professional. I would use them again without question. Actually, when Kamran was here he pointed out two other shut off valves that were corroded and so he is returning next week to replace them. I am so glad to find a plumber I trust.

Sean ran an underground gas line from our basement to our backyard for a firepit, hooked up the fire pit to the gas line once the patio was poured, and fixed our laundry room trap shoot so it didn’t smell anymore. He was always on time, responsive, professional, reasonably priced and got the job done. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

I am VERY HAPPY with the work Invisible Excavation has done! If you want someone to get the job done right the first time and never have to worry about it, these are the guys. Look no further. Going with anyone else will literally be like flushing money down the toilet. All of us that have had sewer line trouble know that that is way too easy to do if you pick the wrong folks. These guys are the RIGHT ones. And they are certified by the city of New Philadelphia as well as state certified.

All talk no work. Gone to the properties and found more problems. Which wasn’t a red flag initially. Thought he was just being an expert. After a few weeks gone by, no work done from the initially work orders(deposits paid). He insisted on another big list of items. I let him know a tenant needs to move in and we needed to address the water heater tank issue first. He did not care about the urgency and insist to start another work order and a large deposit to be paid (over 2k). He’s also very hard to reach. Doesn’t answer his calls 90% of the time and calls back at least two hours later. He’s either sick, at another emergency job or finishing a job, just never working on my work orders which I already paid deposits for ($450). Do not use him. Check him out on yelp for other complaints.

Al hornyak is very unprofessional,and all the units in that property is infested with roaches and bed bugs do not rent from this guy he is the TRUE DEFINITION OF SLUM LANDLORD
