This company goes out of its way to provide excellent service. I've posted positive reviews of Approved Plumbing in the past, but I wanted to report my most recent experience as well. I called at 3:30 p.m. on a Thursday because I had a leak in a bathroom faucet. Laura, the scheduler, was very polite and accommodating. She contacted her technicians and immediately found one who was able to handle this emergency job. Luke and his assistant arrived at my house shortly and completed the work in about an hour. They were professional and businesslike, yet kind and helpful in answering my questions. I highly recommend this company!

Called for broken pipe going to my washing machine. Ken was able to come out right away and they replaced the broken pipe and installed new valves very quickly. Price was very fair. They did a great job and I would use them again! Thank You So Much!

We had a sewer drain in the basement backing up. I made a call to Parma Hts Sewer and drain on Monday morning. The dispatcher gave me a window between 3;00 and 6:00. Jason showed up just before 6:00. Jason did a great job. I will call again when needed. Thanks

Thought I smelled gas in my back yard the other day. Called gas co. They came out and said there were no gas leaks outside and alot of people have called and they determined it was the sewer smell.
They did ask if I wanted them to check in the house.
I said sure.
They came in and found a low rated leak in my pipe and cut my gas off and told me i needed a plumber to come in. Yep, a plumber..who would of thought. DPS was recommended to me and they came out the next day.
My gas was back on that evening.
Dwight found multiple leaks. Fixed them and went beyond with some suggestions on combining some old piping and removing old piping..that really opened up ceiling space.
Great job done and reasonably priced.
Even the gas man told me he did a good job!

I have done business with Andy Gibel for a long now and and am very pleased with his work and response time. There should be more people out there like him.
