The tech kept me informed as the job progressed and their prices are very affordable! They even cleaned up and my house looked like they were never there! I had an issue where i had a leak from one level of my house down to another. I worked with Eugene Hodges and he did a tremendous job. He was very knowledgeable about what was wrong and he was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. He also cleaned up the work space to where it looked like nobody had been there previously. He was very friendly and filled me in on what he was doing every step of the way. I would highly recommend Eugene and this company for your plumbing/water service needs

Total ripoff. I was charged $499 to replace a faucet that he insisted I buy before arriving. The hose had been leaking it was fairly new faucet. Jeff took my old faucet without asking - I have rental properties. 45 minutes of work $499 not close to range of $129 - $159 for faucet replacements.

The charges were not discussed. Never was I asked to take my faucet for you to refurb. The charges are ridiculous for 45 minutes of work.

Robert (Bobby) Dawson Pluming & Construction did an outstanding install of walk in tub and toilet. I highly recommend Bobby and his crew - Carpenter, Tile man and Electrician. They were efficient, on time and reasonable cost associated with the high quality of work.

I walked out Wednesday morning to find water gushing up in my front yard. Mike responded to my emergency call with alacrity, and had identified and fixed the problem within two hours of my call. In addition to being highly capable, I found Mike to be extremely personable, as well. I would absolutely highly recommend him and his company to anyone!

Piedmont Metro was absolutely amazing! We had run into multiple issues while re-doing our siding, including a broken HVAC unit. The gentleman who initially came out was professional, honest and knowledgeable. We decided to fully replace rather than repair thanks to his suggestions (without pressure too). They came the next week and put the system in quickly, stayed to make sure it was fixed and went above and beyond on aiding with other issues they found under the house. MANY thank Piedmont, we will be using you in the future!

We had a plumbing emergency and Ryan came same day and immediately came up with a game plan. He was back the next day to take care of all of our plumbing woes, not just the emergency.
