Kyle and Anthony were very nice and professional. They came to help fix my hot water heater; which was not producing any hot water. After some trouble shooting they discovered a leak and I needed a new gas central valve on the heater because it was cracked; they also replaced some old pipes. Once the part came in another plumber returned ( can't remember his name but he was awesome too) to install it, which took no time at all. After all of that I was getting warm water, but not as hot as it should have been; so I gave them a call back. The third time was a charm because Kyle discovered that the valve that was mixing cold water with hot water as it enters your home ( so you don't melt your skin off) was no longer functioning ( he even showed me so I could see with my own eyes, it was also over 25 years old). Once that was replaced everything was perfect!!! Everyone I spoke with over the phone and all the folks that came out to my home were AWESOME and so friendly. I had no problems getting appointments and they were always on time.

We have used Chambers plumbing for every big and small project over the past 6 years. They have done basic maintenance as well as our remodel projects & well conversion. Tommy and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy. They will get your job done perfectly for a great price.

However, I got in touch with Peaches Plumbing and they showed up to diagnose and fix the issue within 24 hours. They were prompt, professional, thorough and courteous. 10/10 would recommend.

Waite Plumbing is fantastic! My main water line was replaced with a clear plan and timeline. They sent texts to let me know about my appointments and billing. I knew my yard would be torn up but their crew was neat about it and filled and packed the dirt back in. They handled everything, 811 and town permitting. Special thanks to Aaron for fixing a water pressure issue in my main bath (the value would leak for me if adjusted) when I inquired about including it in the quote. He ran back to his truck and did it on the spot. Skilled and kind people. Fair pricing. Mike, the owner, runs an exceptional business. Everyone on the job was savvy and also happy to do the work.

We called them at 1:30 in the morning, slightly frantic because we could hear a pipe draining water into our wall. They were incredibly polite and accommodating. I had shut off the water so they didn't need to show up until the morning. I received a call at 7:30 am letting me know they were on their way, and by 8am there were here and listening to our problem.

Both men who came were incredibly polite and very knowledgeable. They worked quickly to fix our initial problem, and looked at and fixed several other spots in our house. They were very good at answering any and all questions my husband and I had for them during their work. They worked quickly and efficiently and we ultimately found their prices incredibly affordable.

I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs we have, as well as recommend them to any friends who are in need of plumbing services.

Jones Plumbing has provided me top-notch service for multiple jobs.They helped me with leaking water service lines in the yard and helped me remove a glued in toilet flange.

Our AC went out, I contacted a big brand name company to come out and take a look. The tech was good and did explain the issue to me but his quote to repair was so much.. then we got to talking about how much to replace the unit. This is where big companies just get out of control.. he had to call his dispatch and then they had to get a sales person over to go over their sales pitch regarding a new unit.. This process took so long and then finally got the insane Quote from them the next day...

So after all this I was recommended by a family friend to contact Piedmont Metro, I talked to Robert and he got me in touch with Jason and he was very professional and very knowledgeable about our system, they gave me a quote on the repair which was way lower and also gave me a quote THAT DAY on a new system. We decided to go with new system which was way less than what the big brand name company quoted for . Next day they came out and installed the new system. They got us up and running and even the next day they came to double checked the system to make sure everything was working properly. I will be using Piedmont Metro for now on as there team was great.

We've had good experiences with Dr Drain. They've done the following for us: sewage repair (remove a root from the clean out), installed a sink/disposal/faucet, installed a toilet and fixed our washer plumbing (we had a leak in the water return line). They do very good work at a reasonable price. They're good with explaining what needs to be done. They show up on time. I'd recommend them.
