Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Do Not Hesitate to call if you got a plumbing problem rooter man solves them all!!!

I reached out to request a water heater inspection. Very responsive to my request for service. Polite and efficient technicians. Inspection appears to be good quality. Time will tell. Will use them again.

I had a problem with my Noritz tankless one morning. On the phone, Drain Express walked me through what to do but it still wouldn't work as the fix needed someone with the required expertise. Somehow I got lucky and Dickie said he could swing over soon. I was more then delighted as he quickly zeroed into the problem and even had the right part with him on hand. Most plumbers would have to order the part. The fix was done and I now have hot water again. After using so many plumbers over the years, Drain Express now goes to the top of my plumber list in my contact files. The Drain Express plumber was professional and overall a very nice guy. I will use him and highly recommend him.

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. I have been price gouged before by big chain plumbing companies, and my repair was a completely fair price. Busy Beaver was recommended to me, and the recommender said Luke was the most honest plumber he knows. Definitely true!!

I consider myself to be pretty handy, but sometimes I yield to a professional. That was the case when I called Sparrow Plumbing to install a commercial sink for me. I'd seen their truck driving around Chapel Hill for years and figured they must be reliable to have been around so long.
I couldn't be happier with the service Sparrow provided. They sent a seasoned pro to our warehouse and had this monster of a sink all hooked up in no time. The next day I noticed that one of the water lines seemed a little loose, so I called them again. They came over very quickly and tightened everything up and gave it a good test at no charge. I think the problem was actually more to do with the legs on this sink, but Sparrow's plumber was happy to help. They care about the work they do and it shows.

Bad business. Never returned calls. Did come out but would not give a written estimate on a simple project. Reached out numerous times and all he had to say was I don’t want the job. Glad I found out his companies standard of integrity before I got into the project.
