Omg. I feel as if Anthony and Alberto are part of my family. Super friendly and articulate. Answered so many of my pedestrian questions about the faucet they installed. I feel fortunate to have had them in my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Worked cheerfully and gave complete instructions on the workings of the faucet. Thank you, Anthony and Alberto. Customer service was amazing. Same day service was a welcome as I had called many companies this day and all were booked. Dalton was great in explaining what needed replacing which was my garbage disposal that was leaking he had a new one with him which made things convenient and the repair completed on the same day. These guys are excellent, communicative, and very friendly! My property’s management company uses them for most household repairs. When the father came the 1st time to repair my bathroom window, I was having issues with others windows that were painted shut. He stopped and helped me pry the windows open which he didn’t have to do. The 2nd visit was for plumbing issues. The son (JP) kept in contact to advise of their ETA, researched the issue, and explained to me all that was done. A great team and highly recommended!

I had a problem with my Noritz tankless one morning. On the phone, Drain Express walked me through what to do but it still wouldn't work as the fix needed someone with the required expertise. Somehow I got lucky and Dickie said he could swing over soon. I was more then delighted as he quickly zeroed into the problem and even had the right part with him on hand. Most plumbers would have to order the part. The fix was done and I now have hot water again. After using so many plumbers over the years, Drain Express now goes to the top of my plumber list in my contact files. The Drain Express plumber was professional and overall a very nice guy. I will use him and highly recommend him.

We recently purchased a home in the Raleigh area, and soon thereafter we were notified by the local water company that there was a significant leak somewhere on the property. We spoke with many different plumbers, but Eddie was clearly the best choice. He has more years of experience than I've been alive, charged reasonable rates, and was able to schedule a visit on the same day.

Once he was on-site, he identified the leak was within our irrigation system and was able to quickly shut off the leak without disrupting the flow to the house. He, unfortunately, didn't have the equipment to complete the repair, else I would have certainly contracted him to do so.

Overall, Eddie is a straight shooter and the type of person you'd comfortably recommend to friends and family - not just to random people on the internet!

This company did a great job, from beginning to end. They communicated throughout the entire process; assessed the problem/offered a reasonable quote for necessary repairs; showed up on time/arrived when they said they would, and performed the repairs in a timely manner. Reagan and his team are professional and courteous. But the best part of the experience was letting us know about their Family First program. Because of this program we were able to get the repairs done for a fraction of the cost! Will definitely keep this company in mind for future plumbing needs!

We've had a relationship with this company for over 15 years. Although the name has changed (from Comfort Engineers to Happy Home), the quality of service remains excellent. Due to multiple allergies, we have a complex HVAC system, installed and maintained by Happy Home. Our tech today, Alex R., was thorough, knowledgeable and professional in servicing the multiple parts of our equipment. Although we're not crazy about the new name, we'll continue to rely on Happy Home for future service and highly recommend them.

JD’s is the best service in the Durham area bar none. My AC went out and within less than 12 hours the service was completed in a timely and professional matter. Customer service and the technicians they have are incredible and responsive. I had Dante today who was helpful and informative about every detail concerning my repairs.
