We had a leak in the water main. I called Liquid Assets and they came out the same day to look at the problem. They returned the next day, dug out the pipe, repaired the leak and filled in the hole. The cost for the repair was very reasonable, and they worked quickly and efficiently.

Don't use this company. He charged 3 times more for a well pump than other stores did. The price is not resonable.

This company was referred to me by my hoa. The owner came out the same day I called and was very professional. We made plans for the installation of my new water heater and everything went like clock work. The workers were there on time and stayed focus on their job. They were also very professional. All in all it was a very good experience.

Fast and friendly. Woke up to no water. I called them in the morning and my well pump was fixed before the kids got home from school. I also think they were reasonably priced. Especially for the quick service.

I've been using Carrboro Plumbing since 2009 for my in home plumbing needs as well as repairs to my rental properties. Chris and his crew are hands down the best plumbing company in the area--they're honest, easy to work with and more than fair on pricing. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00pm to install a new dishwasher. The plumber showed up over 1 hour early without any call. He looked at the pipes for the dishwasher and told me he hates to install dishwashers. He didn’t want to do it. He offered me the name of a handyman located several towns away. He said he was going to have to tell the assistant to stop giving him dishwasher install jobs. I asked if they had another plumber on staff to do it. He said “I’m the only one”. He asked what other plumbing I needed. Of course I said no. I will be calling another provider. I do not recommend this company.

Neese came out to replace an iron filter and
i had an old water softner not used in 10 years
Had no salt - they replaced the timer???
i said I didn’t need that said it didn’t cost too me a dime
??? Didn’t need it. I said what about the iron filter?
They said what does it look like??

Callled AHS they said they have to wait for

Called them on a Thursday and spoke to a guy who seemed nice and knowledgeable. He said he would call me back the next day to try to work me into their schedule. I sent him a text with my name and number and my wife's name and number. He never called back. I have no problem with someone not being able to fit me into their schedule...but just tell me. I'll work with you. But I am not going to beg you to do business with me. Communicate!
