$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.
Do you not even offer a senior discount?

My husband and I CAN NOT THANK YOU enough for standing behind your work from 8/2020. Due to lost information, we called Blaze Air & Plumbing when our water was out and didn't know why. The tech for Blaze said it hated BOTH our well pump and Bladder tank HAD to be replaced which would have cost us almost $7000.00! When I found you on Google, we spoke about the costs with Blaze, and you stood behind your work from 8/2020, and VOLUNTEERED your assessment THE NEXT DAY! You found a damaged wire on the pump, fixed it and we had limited access to water immediately due to the damaged Bladder tank. The pump is FINE and BLAZE LIED. Needed help with a leaking bathroom faucet. I had tried to do it myself but the sink was really tight and the plastic washer holding the faucet was stuck in place and wouldn't moved. David came out on time and was able to help remove the old faucet and install and new one and also inform me of other things that will cause me issue in the future. I wasn't pressure to fix those issues but rather was inform about it for my knowledge and what my options were which I appreciate. After performing the service, David made sure to clean up after himself and made the area cleaner than before he was there. Great service and am happy but they are a little more pricey than others, but well worth it for the awesome service and professionalism.

I had a leak in the main sewer line in my home. I called spoke with the operator who was friendly and professional.She was able to get Kraven and Zach to my home within an hour. They fixed the problem. Kraven and Zack were knowledgeable, efficient and professional.The price was reasonable and no hidden charges. I will always call Pete Wall for my plumbing needs. I have and will continue to share my experience and recommend PETE WALL PLUMBING!

Would not recommend this company. We paid 135 for an estimate ...than they had to send another person out to look again..I feel this company is all about the 💰..there is no urgency..we are still waiting and estimate. I feel if you pay someone 135..than you should be able to provide an estimate that day!! I called the office.. and here is what I was told.. we placed a call on Sat the dispatcher took the call and the call was placed wrong!!! JOHN'S PLUMBING SAID... O WELL That stuff happens didn't try to correct are offer an adjustment it was o well sometimes people answer the phone get the call wrong... really this is poor and lame excuse! best of luck in the business and feel sorry for the customers whom do hire you because there getting ripped off!!

Im sorry you disagree with us in not being able to replace the disposal, you have a home warranty company that will not paid for a disposal unless is bad, in your case the disposal was working good but it is a basic model and it loud, however we tried to get it approved and they denied base on the disposal working in a good condition.
The service fee as stated in your contract must be paid at the time of each visit, and that is for the home warranty company not for us, we don't get paid unless we fix it, but in your cases it was nothing to be fixed so we lost that 45 minutes we service your home.
We will recommend you to get a different warranty company.

We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 830 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop clothes as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I without a doubt would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.

This guy is NOT professional and didn’t finish the job a friend hired him for!! Don’t use him horrible work ethic
