Neal-Williams Mold Remediator/General Contractor

WOW WOW WOW... I hire these guys to remodel my kitchen. And when I came back it looked like I had a total new house. They found mold behind my walls and what was so amazing they were licensed in 50 states to remove it. I also needed a new deck they immediately jumped on it and now I'm the envy of my neighborhood you couldn't hire a more efficient and professional team. I never work with a contractor who was a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician and the license HVAC so I actually had one company do all my work they pulled all the necessary permits and all I had to do was sit back and watch.. this will be a million dollar company real soon if they're not already. Last thing they didn't subcontract anything they did all the work themselves I like that because I didn't have a bunch of strangers in and out of my house. I highly recommend them because they can do everything in your house

Neal Williams was a great experience when it came to fixing my roof problem. The guys were on time friendly and went over and beyond to fix my roof and even took extra time to fix the problem with my sagging roof at a great reasonable price I highly recommend!!!!

Work with this company and had the best experience I've ever had with a contractor.. These guys absolutely know what they're doing it's a shame more people don't know about them. The way the owner explained it to me is if you pay a company to come in and do all of your reviews you'll be at the top of the list. He explains that's a fake review and that's why so many companies are ahead of him. I would recommend this company to anybody.

I requested a custom deck build. Neal and his crew did an amazing job. Furthermore, during the build, I requested changes to the scope of the project. Neal was extremely accommodating and built the deck (around a pool) much better than we could have imagined. I highly encourage Neal and his team.

Beyond the deck, he helped in providing electrical work to the pool filter and hot tub.

Neal shows up every day to inspect the progress of the job and he treats his employees well.

I'm new to the area and called Neil when I found water pouring into the crawlspace of my new house whenever it rained.

Neil came out with a member of his team and introduced himself and explained what they planned to look for based on my description. I led himself and his employee down to the crawl area and showed them the water entry point. I also voiced my concerns that on my inspection report when purchasing the house, they mentioned that the support pillars underneath had endured some erosion.

While showing all of this to Neil, he noticed mold spots that were missed previously and suggested we do a mold test. He sent it out and within 24 hours the results had been returned with an unfortunate cocktail of mold.

Neil went to work immediately that week and sprayed down my crawlspace thoroughly, as well as put down a brand new vapor barrier. All throughout the week he inspected the work to ensure everything was going according to plan.

Once the mold had been remediated, he and his staff returned to the house within a few days time to begin the structural work which included pouring concrete and putting in new structural supports. The house ended up needing more work than we initially anticipated, but he was more than willing to work with us in the matter. He and his employee's were professional, friendly and supportive throughout the entire ordeal and they did their best to not interrupt my daily routine. They offer great work and I look forward to using their services in the future. I would recommend them to anyone looking for work similar to my own!

This company is the best company that I have ever seen in my life. I needed multiple projects done these guys had the licenses the references and everything I needed and the price was perfect. Any body that need work done I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NEAL WILLIAMS. I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE CEO AND CFO WERE WORKING ON SUNDAY. IM IN AWW.

I hired this company to do the relatively small job of relocating the locating the stairs of a second floor deck. They were very responsive initially. The quote was reasonable and they could start asap (should have been the first red flag). They tore down the stairs and then told me the price was gonna be 50% more expensive, then by the end of the day the total price doubled. With no stairs existing becuase they tore them down I have to proceed forward: very shady business/scammers. The worker/workers was substandard at best: it took far long than it should have. Likely because the workers were drinking alcohol on the job. I found empty cheap beer cans mixed in the construction debris. In a super gross turn of events, one of the workers asked me to call the owner b/c his phone wasn't working they discussed how to get his phone bill paid after letting him know his pin is 6969, ugh. Kurtis came to my house to inspect the final product collect money and assured me that all of the debris would be picked up within 2 days. Well its a week later, after multiple calls, hes no longer responding and left my backyard unusable because it is essentially a dump, not safe for my children to use. A small job that turned into a big hassle with astoundingly inept and unprofessional people. Gonna have junk haulers come and another deck company fix it. Honestly, a small price to pay to have these miscreants away from my house and family.

They tore down and rebuilt a deck that had been destroyed by tree damage from an ice storm.

I am extremely happy with the job and the crew that did the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

He told me 2 weeks and they finished 2 weeks to the day, and I believe they would have finished 2 days ahead of schedule if we hadn't had 2 days of rain.

These guys were very professional I’ve never met a company where the CEO is the person who’s actually doing the work. They respected my time they came when I needed them and they even called and checked with me twice since I’ve had the work done. What a wonderful company

Neal came out to my house on two occasions spending about an hour each time. He was late to both appointments. (He had to come back a second time because he didn’t have a ladder with him). He was told multiple times that we required a written estimate for the services we wanted completed. He actually told my wife that he charges people based upon what he believes they can afford. If he thinks they can afford to pay more, he charges more. He verbally offered an “estimate” off the top of his head but would not put this in writing. After wasting 2 hours of our time he never followed up with a written estimate. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company as he openly admits that he has shady business practices.

We had rotted plywood in storage room wall. They came did a very good job to replace rotted woods with additional flat paper and metal flash to further prevent future wafer/moisture damage. Jim was very skilled and professional. He did wonderful job.

Only had a certain amount of money and those guys came in and did it for alot less than the bigger companies. The CEO lives in a normal house and treats his guys with respect and dignity.

It all started off well like always but then the true colors came out about half way through the job. The owner started arguing with his employees because they wanted to do the work right and he wanted to cut corners and just slap it together and another point is do not trust the reviews because he takes customers phones and does them himself. My advice is do your research, and I don't recommend this company if your on a budget you will get stiffed!!!!!

The remodel you guys did on my home was great. Although this has been several months ago I want to let you guys know that my neighbors wish they would have went with your company. I've never seen the owner work just as hard as the employees. This is a great company we were able to get top dollar when we sold the property. Thanks a bunch.

I really never review companies, but this company was amazing from start to finished. The owners of Neal Williams made sure I was satisfied from the time they came out to do the estimate until the job was finished! They also was able to fit me into their very busy schedule in a short amount of time! If looking for a great general contractor look no further then Neal Williams!

This is one of the BEST COMPANY IN NC. I will start with the fact that the company is ran by a woman. Big plus!!! They have a office but you will never find them there The CEO and the VP work in the field UNHEARD OF. The first conversation I had with the VP HE TOLD ME IM NOT HERE TO RETIRE OF THIS JOB WOW. WHEN I GOT THE QOUTE I UNDERSTAND WHAT HE MEANT. I NEVER TALK TO A SALE MAN THEY DON'T HAVE THEM THE MAN THAT I TALK TO WAS THE SAME MAN WHO DID MY JOB.. LAST BUT MOST IMPORTANT THEY NEVER NEVER NEVER ASK ME FOR A DIME UP FRONT. THERE POLICY YOU PAY WHEN WERE DONE.. YOU CANT BEAT THAT!!!!

I broke down at the intersection of main st and W. Mountain st. (Anyone that knows Kernersville knows this exit is super busy) On the morning of July 20th. I sat at the light for over 20mns ! NOONE STOPPED TO HELP. Or even ask of I was ok.. Until 3 southern gentlemen in a truck employed by Neil Williams General contractor's (Jimmy, Neal and one other guy) pulled up next to me and asked if I was alright. I was panicking as people were beeping and mad because I couldn't move. But I was on hold with the dealer and waiting on a tow. They all got out and pushed me to Citgo. Now, THATS kindness and compassion. They were a blessing to me. I was on my way to an interview and I missed it, but something better must be on my way. Thank you soooo much guys. If your kindness is reflected in your work ethic, God bless you.
