Called Sunday morning to schedule an appt for a clogged sink, I was told to text the address which I did(to the number I called). When I called to find out how much longer it would be, I was texted back by a different number saying I had never sent the address, and to try John's Plumbing. I guess they didn't realize you can forward phone calls, but not text messages

Everything about this experience was excellent from the time I called, to the booking, follow-ups and installation. They were able to answer all my questions and get me a quote, scheduling was easy, they notified us when they were on the way, did a great job on the install, and cleaned up everything. Everybody was polite and pleasant to work with and they made sure the range was installed exactly to the manufacture's spec and code. I will definitely call on them again if we need service.

I called Bare tech to what turned out to be a broken gate valve. Easy to get to. Should have been a relatively simple repair and they came at a time when I could not be there. My fault for not getting a price upfront. Charged me $320 for something that should not have taken an hour to replace a $15 part. Asked a different plumbing company what it should have cost and they said about $115 to $125. Not a company that I can trust or recommend. Pays to get an estimate up front even though you will still be charged for the $85 service call.

Tony installed a waterless heater in July 2009 that should last 20 years. It failed after only 9 years. The failure was due to Tony not installing it properly and not putting the vent tub in so there was no where for the condensation to go. An expensive mistake that I will have to bear to replace the unit due to the corrosion his error caused.
