Came out same day and reviewed the issue I was having. He assessed the issue fixed what he could but it was a larger issue and recommended someone who could do the job. He was professional and and and I would call him again for plumbing issues.

I have this number on speed dial for any plumbing issues that we may have. Professional and fast service, never disappoints!

I had a problem that turned out to be minor. Travis came very quickly, was able to fix it immediately. He cleaned up afterward, and he also provided me with a lot of additional information about the system that was useful. The charge was just for the service call, and it was reasonable and lower than many others I've had to the house. A very positive interaction, and I'd definitely call him again.

Great company, would highly recommend this company, such professional and caring group of people. They are responsive to your needs and work until the job is done. Very impressed with a company that puts the customer first.

Travis and his crew are some of the best contractors I’ve worked with. They do QUALITY works at a very fair price and if he tells you he will do something, he’s going to do it. Helped me with some water heater issues and made sure to clean up after. Great guys and would give more stars if i could!

I was stood up for my appointment not once, but twice in one week. No courtesy call on either day or even the day after. I am quite disappointed since this business is local to me and I was hoping to establish a good customer relationship with them.

We had an appointment and waited all day for these folks to come but they never did. They did not have the courtesy to contact us either. The next day my husband called to get an explanation. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, he rescheduled the following week. Plumbers were to come after lunch. Once again no show; no call - nothing! We are done with this. business and would not recommend them at all.

Travis came on a Sunday and replaced broken pipes. The bad reviews from. Shawn is totally false.

Trying to get a good plumber out in the Lexington North Carolina area can be a real challenge. Most of the plumbers will not even answer their phone. Or if they do have secretaries, they usually charge individual homeowners way too much for small plumbing needs. This company is very professional and answers the phone, which makes your small jobs in your house, and does it efficiently and with good value. Mike and Braxton were very good technicians who came out to my house. I've got to give major kudos to Mike he seems very knowledgeable and efficient at his job. Take it from a Navy veteran of 20 years of honorable service if you have plumbing needs in the Lexington North Carolina region. This is the company to call. Unfortunately had to call them again they did wonderful . May God be with you always.

I just bought a house and had to call them out twice in one week for unrelated issues. They were professional, nice, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. I also felt, their prices were reasonable and affordable. I will definitely call them and them only any time I ever have any issues!

Travis and his team were wonderful to work with. They responded very quickly and followed up when needed. All issues were addressed and we now have a great new toilet that no longer leaks. Would highly recommend for any future needs

It’s so rare to find a plumber who can do what this guy does - that it’s not listed in the services above. Travis and his team changed out my ENTIRE old system - for Pex. He outfitted it with devices I can’t pronounce - so that I’ll have the proper pressure and never have a problem. They only only had the water off for a short time (and we’re talking 3 baths, a laundry room and kitchen). All for a great price. It looks so streamlined that I wish it wasn’t under the house! You only need one or two bad experiences - to know the value of this.
