For a second time, we needed our granddaughter's tree swing hung and Shane came through for us again, driving from Greensboro to Burlington, even going the second mile and trimming limbs that were in the way, all while it was storming !! He even took a couple of swings for himself just to insure its safety. That's service !!

Emil and Brooks were pleasant to have in our home. They worked well together and did a fine job on our shower fixture and outside faucet. All Plumbing should be happy to have these two gentlemen on their team.

When you have a septic issue, you can't wait... for obvious reasons. Unfortunately, every company I called to fix our septic issue told us it would be a week or even more before they could come out. Donahue told me that, too, EXCEPT the gentleman who answered the phone then proceeded to ask me questions about the problem to see if he could diagnose it and suggest a way I could fix it myself. He asked questions, he demanded clear answers, then offered to guide me, step by step, through a process he thought would solve the problem. In other words, instead of having me wait a week and then charging me hundreds of dollars to come out and offer a basic service, he basically told me how I could fix the problem myself. Now, I won't say it was the most pleasant afternoon I ever spent, because, well, septic, hello?, but he was exactly correct in his diagnosis and did successfully tell me how to fix what turned out to be a minor problem- over the phone, without charging me anything. I really liked that: 1- Jeff returned my call promptly, 2- he was willing to give a ballpark estimate by phone versus charging to come out to take a look, 3- made and kept an appointment, 4- honored the quote and did not try to hard sell other products, 5- was friendly and courteous, and 6- cleaned up everything like it was his home and not just a job. First class.

In our line of work we have dealt with MANY business and FEW have been customer oriented and even fewer have been HONEST! Even fewer have truly tried to help with the best and most economical solutions ... They have been out to take every penny... And a few more!! This morning, after teying to address a issue, we needed help. So with a hope and a prayer and leap of faith, we called this company.. Expecting the usual list of why we needed all these extra things that would cost us a fortune, but company was SO different. They had a PERFECT opportunity to make a BIG buck off of us, but, chose dignity, to be kind, honest, and actually cared about us as a PERSON. How many can say that?? I can promise you VERY VERY FEW! They helped resolve a situation that was helpful to us and were completely HONEST! I HIGHLY recommend if you have a need and want someone to be HONEST and care about you as a person and consumer, call these guys. It literally brought tears to my eyes because we arent in the position in these times, like many, to just throw money away on unnecessary things and from past experience I was fully expecting to be nailed to the wall. I was shocked that they put US ahead of a huge payday to be honest, caring and helpful. Now, THAT is a company you want to do business with and we will be calling them for future needs ( praying they are FEW) as well. They earned our business with integrity today.

Mark is great....professional, knowledgeable and came to the rescue for my business and home. I have a natural hair salon that had a clogged shampoo bowl and my kitchen sink at home was clogged as well. Mark came out and fixed both issues the same day! Nice selection of bathroom fixtures and tubs

Phase 3 did TWO complete bathroom remodels for us. These were complete gut jobs. The length of time to complete was very reasonable, the subs they used were good at what they did, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. Kaleb and his team did a very nice job. First 3 pics are the guest bathroom, the last 3 are the main bathroom.
