I wish we did have an experience as positive as the other posted reviews, but we didn't. I scheduled online through Home Advisor after seeing their ratings and reviews. Eric called to initially state our appt. was scheduled for 6:30, but it could be between 6:30 & 9..then asked what time we went to bed, and hinted that it could possibly be the next day. Instead of just saying that since it wasn't emergent, could we go ahead and schedule for the following day. I checked my email later in the evening and saw we'd been rescheduled...coincidentally, right after our phone conversation ended. When I called to cancel this morning, he asked why we were canceling, and what could be done to fix this issue. So, unfortunately, our experience wasn't as pleasant, though we wish it were, nor is our issue corrected.
