My ac went out and Dunn was the only company that would come out asap on a Saturday morning. When asked if i could get service that morning, the response was absolutely! Joe was amazing- kind and professional.

I had a whole house water filter/conditioner system that I wanted installed but was having a hard time finding a plumber. Even though it was different than what Jason was used to doing, he took the time to figure out how to do it properly. He was honest about his experience and pleasant to work with. Definitely glad I did not go with a huge company where the salesperson who bids the work is different from the person who actually does the job. I would call Pipe It Down again!

True professionals.  Jim diagnose the problem quickly.  His team installed a new water heater and cleanup the mess. The old one was plugged up and leaking.   We couldn't be happier!  Competitive prices but what sold me was their honesty.  We agreed on a price and no extra cost or added fees! Highly recommend!

While doing a kitchen remodel, they had to do quite a bit of work for us (rip out existing plumbing, replace with new plumbing, replace cast iron stack with new pvc stack, move our gas line to a different part of the kitchen, etc). They were ALWAYS on time...ALWAYS which made being at home and letting them in and getting to work on time very easy. They were very communicative. Their process was smooth and easy. Very professional. They truly are a standard of the profession.
