We hired Mike with Honey Do Plumbing to run some new plumbing lines for our sink. They were on time, responsive, very reasonably priced, and did an excellent job! They also cleaned up their mess and were open to our input

They scheduled an appointment a week out just to come give me a bid on my kitchen line. Then, they no call- no showed me. I waited for an hour in the middle of my work day. Plus, very poor customer service when I called up to confirm my appointment details. Would not recommend.

Service Rep was helpful and attentive to call. Drain Tech was timely and professional. Detailing all actions performed. Price was unbeatable.

This is a commercial plumbing contractor, opened in 2001.

I reached out to them for an estimate on some work and got absolutely no response. Maybe they're so busy they don't need any work, but ignoring people who contact you just isn't good business.

Update: Thank you to the owner of this business for reaching out: I sent a request through your website on a weekday evening. It was 2 weeks after that I posted this review, which I just happened to do on a Sunday.

Quick, courteous and lives up to his word. I called Bill at Plumbing Doctors to come out and replace 2 hose bibs at my house that were 30 years old. Bill came out the next day to estimate the work and again the day after that to perform the work. After about a week, I noticed a minor issue and Bill came out again to fix the problem at no charge. I would use Plumbing Doctors again for any plumbing issue.

I would have called them first but could not remember the name. With the basin entirely refusing to drain, we finally located the old receipt, and called Plumber Las Vegas 24 HR Allstars Inc. They responded immediately and competently. Lesson learned -- spend time up front to find the right crew.

Jason from Gateway was amazing. He was professional and helped me so much with my plumbing problems. I would recommend him 10/10 times.

Matt is the man! Not only is he the most intelligent plumber in town, but he is also the most reasonable. I had a 4 inch PVC sewer line go out, and with only a day's notice, it was fixed, because Matt bought the parts he needed for the job ahead of time, and was able to work around my crazy, unpredictable schedule. And instead of putting my job off, until the next day, he worked late, and got it done, and didn't stick it to me for after hours labor. This guy is going places! Two words: Hire him.

Not sure how their plumbing skills are since they never showed up. Scheduled an apt. for a tuesday morning, never came. Called them and they acted like I never made an apt. but said he could be there in the afternoon, again no show and no calls. Called them back and they said their busy til thursday... uh what? no thanks

highly recommend ! He is very professional , honest , responded on a saturday evening and helped my tenants who could not use any of their restrooms due to a nasty backup and stoppage.

I can't say enough good things about Bieg Plumbing! Dave arrived on time and ready to work. He was the perfect combination of friendly and professional. He made fast work of the problem without rushing. The cost was lower than we expected! (How often can you say that?) I highly recommend.
