Sparrow Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

Being in real estate, I come across plumbers and other contractors very often. Willie is by far the most efficient plumber ever. He was ON TIME, and ready to work. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the task. He installed a valve, I needed for my new dishwasher. Most importantly, he didn’t break anything. Moving forward, he’s my go-to plumber for EVERYTHING!

Super professional!!! They did what they could and recommended an electrician to finish the job safely.

Will has done several jobs for us. He does excellent work at a reasonable price, and is very up front with options and costs. I have referred him to several neighbors.

Sparrow Plumbing adapted a water filtration system for an updated cylinder. HHe was able to replace smaller pipes for the update. It's working great! Also replace a basin in the bathroom. He was efficient and got the jobs done. I will call Sparrow Plumbing every time and recommend them highly!

The plumber was professional, hard working, and cared about the job that he was doing. I plan to call them back to install a new toilet. I know that it will be done right and if it's the same guy I might enjoy a few laughs too. I know this company and they have integrity and for me that's important.

I was very impressed with this company. I learned of Sparrow Plumbing through my neighborhood app. The Office Manager, Lisa, and the Technician, Will, were both very professional. Will showed up on time and everything went exactly as the Office Manager said it would go. I was able to get a quote and have the work done at the same appointment. Will is very knowledgeable about plumbing and he made recommendations as though he was talking to one of his own family members. He was very honest on what needs to be done now and what can wait. I appreciated that and that built his credibility with me and therefore made me trust his recommendations. Their prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

First off let me say I had the best experience with Sparrow Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. We had a clogged sewer line backing up in our basement. When I first called they told me they could fit me in their schedule 2 days from the day I called and gave me a recommendation to call if I couldn't wait that long. That recommendation didn't work out and while I was on the phone with that recommendation, they texted me and said if that didn't work out they could fit me in at the end of the day. What amazing customer service! Then when Will showed up, he was professional and one of the hardest working people I have ever seen. Will tried for two and a half hours to clear our line, trying every trick in the book to no avail. When he finally called it quits, he called two other companies he knew to try and get them out for a hydro jetting. Unfortunately his two contacts were unavailable but pointed me in the right direction and we had our drain cleared that night. Will called me the following morning to make sure we had been taken care of. Anytime we need any plumbing done in the future I will not hesitate for one second to call Sparrow Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. One of the best companies we have ever dealt with.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My toilet got clogged and I tried a plunger and several other things before I realized I was going to need a plumber. It was a Saturday, of course, and I must have tried a dozen plumbers before I went to Next Door and was referred to Sparrow. Initially I was told they were finished with their day, but when I said this was the only toilet I have they said they would come help me. Will arrived within about a half hour. He was fantastic! It turns out my cat had knocked a glass container into the toilet that I didn't see and it got lodged in the drain! Will performed his magic and was able to get it out and my toilet working again. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs!

I highly recommend this company! I was panicking because I’m set to have a new stove installed, but didn’t have a gas line. My kitchen sink was also backing up. I called Sparrow and they set up an appointment for an estimate. Once They came out for the estimate I loved how they set the expectation of what would happen next.

On the day of install they finished sooner than anticipated and tidied up the work space. They even gave me pointers of other things to look out for that were unrelated to this job. Thank you Sparrow for being professional, affordable and efficient!

I found this company in a Facebook group and decided to give them a try. One of the biggest first impressions for me with any company is whoever answers the phone--office manager, owner, secretary--I'm not sure of who it was but they were extremely pleasant and patient as I explained my issues with my sink. My service was booked within two days. I had Will out and he was extremely nice, very professional and (again) patient as I went through all the issues. He fixed what needed to be done that day and quoted me for the additional work and we plan on calling him back out. 10 stars, would 100% recommend!

I initially called bcus my water heater had turned off and I had no hot water. I called and was able to get service for the next day which I appreciate. After looking thru several companies, I made the decision to try Sparrow bcus of all the great reviews I had read online. Everyone was on point with their reviews and I was able to agree with my experience. The gentlemen were very polite, considerate and very knowledgeable. I was afraid I would have to get a new water heater but it will soon be 2 months and it is still working. It is an old water heater but still has life. I called with a sudden problem. I was not a customer, but they listened, fit me into a schedule, and fixed a problem efficiently, saving me hundreds of dollars by repairing a faucet instead of forcing me to buy a new one. Warm people who earn every penny they charge.

I called Sparrow Plumbing regarding a problem with my water heater. I had been without hot water for over three weeks waiting on the technician assigned by my home warranty company to return. I called Sparrow Plumbing and was able to get an appointment the very next day. The technicians came out and assessed the problems. I ended up needing a new water heater as a result of damages done by the Choice Home Warranty technician. I thought I would have to make an appointment for another day, but they were able to replace the water heater that same day.
Will, the lead technician and the technician working with him were very professional, knowledgeable, and explains things in terms I could understand and answered my questions.

I found Sparrow Plumbing after doing an extensive search on google. The reviews were great so I figured I’d give them a try to clear a clogged basement drain . Let me tell ya about this guy! Absolutely fantastic! He unclogged the basement drain however I had a leaky faucet in my bathroom and asked him what he can do with that. Not only did he fix that but he also increased the water pressure so now it’s like getting a massage! Did I mention he also replaced my nasty cheap shower head with a brand new one! Along comes the next day… water flying out from beneath my kitchen sink…not related to the work done the previous day. It’s after hours…I call Willie in a panic. He drops eating his dinner and is at my house in no time. Fixes everything and explains everything in detail. He is a wealth of knowledge and an all around great person. Only plumber I’ll be using from here on out!!!

Disappointed. Hired Sparrow plumbing two days before Thanksgiving because we were going to have family over. Needed the first floor common area toilet repaired. We were charged $215 for about 15 min of labor. The toilet worked for 1-2 flushes, then it broke. We called, and Will came back out (which we were pleased about). He replaced a part, and left. The toilet worked for another 2 flushes, before breaking again. Will had us call the office, and was told he would charge another $159 to fix the toilet. We didn’t have the money. It’s now after Christmas, and we are still sitting with no working toilet on the first floor. Will presents as professional, but did not get the job done. Cost was not justified. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

We just bought our first home in December and our kitchen sink started to cause us problems and home warranty denied us due to a “pre-existing” condition basically scammed us and collected a service fee. I found Sparrow Plumbing in a Facebook group, I read the reviews and decided to call due to the excellent reviews. I called yesterday 2/10/21 and they came out today, and redid everything correctly. Call them NOW it’s worth it.

A slow draining sink was the initial problem. Upon inspection Sparrow discovered prevoius incorrect fixes that led, and would eventually lead, into other issues down the road.
