Sent a technician out within 24 hours, would’ve been within a couple hours but I was not available till next day. Super pleased with the job Glenn # 4588 & his trainee (sorry don’t remember name) did at my home today. They were clearly knowledgeable & not salesy. What was initially expected to be an hour long job turned into three hours of tough root excavation work. They maintained professionalism, positivity, & courteousness the entire time even though I know this set back their day. They went above & beyond to make sure the line was truly cleared both front of house & inside. Much appreciated & I’d highly recommend! Also, in this current COVID-19 environment, they had masks & gloves & maintained distance when speaking to me. Also appreciated!
