Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.

Called them to replace a kitchen faucet and they came out the next morning and did a great job. They have very good prices and do great work. I would recommend them and will use them again.

I needed a toilet repaired...called them late in the day and the next morning they came out and replaced the gasket from tank to bowl.. the charge was for one hours labor and the gasket kit... total $109.50..professional, on time, good value..

Hot water tank started leaking. It was a mess. I contacted Jill. She could tell it was urgent. Dispatched Aaron ASAP. She called back to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived on time. Got in .. Got out. Install was perfect. All costs were disclosed upfront. Overall, it made an unfortunate circumstance a positive experience. From Jill to Aaron .. I'll use them again.
