Best Plumbers in Minnesota

I have used Polar Plumbing for many years, Lance as always done a wonderful job, he gives me a quote upfront. I appreciate that he does a wonderful job. He has replaced my outside water valves, as well as both valves before and after my water meter in the basement. He just installed a new water heater mine was leaking he ordered it immediately late
Monday it came in Wednesday he squeezed me in and installed it Wednesday. I am very appreciative!

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Update_ Owner followed up with me again and apologized for the first not so great encounter. I wanted to keep money in the local neighborhood was the reason for the call to this business. I appreciated the rapid response to rectify the first encounter.

The Owners Customer service is HORRIBLE. I was very calm and He tried had an attitude and began to tell me by guessing that it would be 4 hours to repace a Laundry tub thats already Up to code. I just wanted a replacement. He wouldn't even let me speak. I was not confrontational. Every job is NOT about money itself, it should be about the customer FIRST. Please get your Attitude better. Thanks!

Great service, very friendly and attentive. To the time to answer my questions and was very respectful of my 3 yr old and 15 yr old daughter. Helped with an emergency that was above and beyond his job and I’d recommend him and use his services again.

I had them out so I could have them change out a fill valve and a flapper on two toilets. They wanted to charge me $546 each for a total of $1092. Are they insane? I would never hire or have this company out again. Absolutely ludicrous! The most insane thing I’ve ever heard of.

All Ways Drains installed a new dishwasher as well as repaired a leak for us. They had the great blend of professionalism and being personable. They were timely and did excellent work. We would highly recommend them!!

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . Steve was very professional and gave us a good solution for our basement laundry room. He took the time to explain everything over the phone to my husband who wasn’t home so that we both understood the quotes. We are very happy!

Fantastic service. Lee came out in the evening and cleared our clogged sewer line. Both Lee, the technician, and Peter, the person on the phone, were very professional and went above our expectations of customer service, and we're easy to work with. Lee left the site clean and dry after quickly clearing the line, and at a great price. We will call on Ron the Sewer Rat for future maintenance and any issues we have with our drains. We can't recommend this company enough. Ten stars.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
