We've used Expert Plumbing on several occasions with problems at our office. They provided excellent service and were very responsive when we needed them in a pinch. They didn't only fix the problems we had but they guided us through on how to stop this from happening again. We really appreciate the great service we received from Mike and his crew!

I needed a professional plumber to come to my house late afternoon. I called Experts Plumbing Services and they had a technician who was about to get off work come to my house within 30 min. I am very pleased with their professionalism and the plumber's (David) work. I highly recommeend them!

Experts sent out Dave, a huge asset to their business. He was such a friendly guy, so cordial, and explained each step of the installation of the water heater to me. He answered all of my questions, and, due to his professionalism, I will always refer this plumbing service out to any of my friends.

Kathy was pleasant to speak to and worked us into the schedule quickly when our hot water heater suddently went out. It was a tight squeeze getting the new unit in, but Steven made it happen! After he left, I noticed a minor adjustment was needed. Steven came back out the next day and made sure it was perfect before he left again. Awesome experience overall and I highly recommend this company!

Experts was great, Mike the owner tried to walk me through the repair so that I did not have to pay a plumber to come out. When we determined that the part was something that I would not be able to purchase at Home Depot, or Lowe's, Mike found the part and had a plumber out quickly. Dave the plumber that was on call arrived prepared, and performed a clean, through job.

Great job… quick, fast and professional

I set up the appointment on the phone and they were on time. However my husband was the one who attended to them. I only asked for estimate for flange replacement and re pipe. I asked them for estimate not the service yet. He told my husband that someone will contact him about restoration and someone will help on insurance etc. Then the next thing he knew the guy was already doing the flange repair. I already got an estimate from a different plumber and they were cheaper than them.

Absolutely wonderful. We were serviced by Rob, such a nice guy, very understanding of our issue, very educated in the possible causes and knew the quickest way to get the various issues we had back in business. He was also very very clean the entire time. Couldn't be more pleased with the service, would highly recommend!

I had a plumbing company that I had been working with for 5 plus years. But when my water heater went bad at 1am and I was leaving town, I needed a reliable plumber and fast. The the company that I had always worked with never called me back. I went to Google and tried to find someone to come out quick and replace my water heater. Experts Plumbing Services showed up that morning and replaced my water heater. DAN was my plumber. He was knowledgable, fair and professional. The water heater works great and I am a very happy customer. I have since called them back for additional work, which was also a very pleasant experience. I also asked for DAN again.

I have old pipes in my home that was built in 1964. I had a really bad drain clog and I needed a plumber so I did what everyone does, I googled the reviews! Experts Plumbing Services had awesome reviews so I picked them. Well, the reviews don't lie! I had a same day service call to unclog my pipes. Kyle informed me of the issues I was having and what he would recommend and that he would get me a quote for replacing the old steel pipes. Two weeks later (after a ton of rain) it happened again. I called Experts and they again gave me same day service. Kyle and I discussed the quote, and I decided to commit to it. No charge on that service call. I have not had the replacement service performed yet, but I expect nothing but positive things! I will try to update as the service is provided.

Our water heater went out and thankfully Rob and Dave came to the rescue. We rent so we did not get to pick what company would fix our problem but we felt very fortunate that our leasing company chose Experts Plumbing. They were right on time, kind, knowledgeable about what they were doing, and more than happy to patiently address any questions or concerns I had. Thank you Experts Plumbing!

I have never left a review for any type of MEP service before. However, after my experience with Art of Experts Plumbing Services, LLC I was inspired to leave this review. I rent a house from Silver Bay Property Management. When I contacted them about two showers that were leaking they called Experts Plumbing Services, LLC.

Art arrived and was very professional, efficient, effective and went above and beyond (he fixed a 3rd thing that was not mentioned on the maintenance request after gaining proper approval of course but I didn't have to go back through the bureaucratic steps and wait another week which is nice).

Also, I should mention that Art was appropriately personable. Many times having someone in your house for maintenance can be awkward, especially if you have dogs. I have two that are usually well behaved but go nuts when a stranger comes to our home. He was patient and understanding, even helpful. Our big dog really lets everyone know when she does not like someone but in this case not only was she cool calm and collected (after Art's initial entrance) she acted excited to see him by the third time he came into the house (in and out for parts and such five or six times all while keeping the floors my wife mopped the previous day spotless). When my wife and I finally decide on a house to buy, Experts Plumbing Services, LLC will definitely be our first call for plumbing needs.

They were professional, and friendly, and provided prompt service from the Lady who answered the phone to the plumber who estimated the work and completed the work. I would use them again.

Experts plumbing went above and beyond for us. Had them install a kitchen faucet which we provided. It stopped working so they came right out to take a look at it. Turns out the faucet was defective so I bought another one and they offered to come back out and install the new one. No questions asked! Would definitely use them again. Quick response time, friendly workers and reasonable prices.

Stop your plumber search now. Mike and his team are simply the best! They thorougly explain the problem and solutions and are very quick to respond to service repairs. I use their company on all of my company's properties and have been impressed by their work ethic and honesty. I recently used him on a complicated repipe of an entire house and they made the job simple. You will not be disappointed!

The previous owner of our home installed a water softener do it yourself, we never had proper water pressure in the house and then the system failed. Experts plumbing came out and replaced the unit with a high quality water softener for our two-story home. They also removed the atrocity do it yourself plumbing that was in our garage and when the job was done it came out to exactly what the estimate was. Could not be happier and have never had proper water pressure in her house until now. If I have any plumbing issues in the future I will definitely call experts plumbing. Joe and his assistant where of professional demeanor personable and very nice to deal with. Can't thank them enough!

Experts Plumbing went above and beyond to quickly respond and repair a blockage. The plumber that was sent was professional and knowledgeable explaining the issue as well as showing us the reason for blockage on camera. We will definitely use them for our future plumbing needs.

So, I have been renting a house for three years. In those three years, my toilets have flooded 9 or 10 times. The management companies have sent 3 or 4 different plumbers out to fix the problem. Within a a few, short months, the problems re-occur and I am left to clean flooded bathrooms and sewage out of the showers....again.
The new management company sent James B. with Experts Plumbing Services. James did a great job diagnosing the issue and EXPLAINING exactly what was going on (which the prior companies never did). He fixed the issue within 45 minutes and even went a step further to ensure that the problem was resolved. To top it off, he was so nice, very professional and courteous!
I generally never write reviews but I had to share my experience. Experts Plumbing Services is a great company.

They gave me an up front quote, did the work quickly and cleanly and honored their price. I would definitely recommend them.

We got a water bill for almost 6 times the normal amount on Thursday.
We learned we had a leak and that it may be a slab leak.
Fortunately, it was a pipe in our kitchen that had burst and was leaking underneath the house - ie - it could have been so much worse.
Experts Plumbing Services came out, jackhammered the floor, fixed the pipe, resurfaced with new concrete, and cleaned up the mess in UNDER 3 HOURS!!!
We thought we were going to be displaced for days during the holidays - but these guys finished everything at warp speed.

I recently called Mike (the owner) on an early Sunday morning after being frustrated of trying to fix my kitchen faucet.

Austin came out within a few hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and accurately. No leaks, checked to make sure everything was working.

Johnny on the spot! They arrived within the same day and were priced far lower than their local competitors..I know because I work for one! Very professional, explained my issue and it's resolution in detail. If I encounter another plumbing issue, I'm definitely going with these guys again.

He replaced the insides of the toilet as well as the shutoff valve for the toilet. The resulting bill of $243 was excessive.

they charge $69 just to come out for an estimate . SO much for request an estimate on their web page. Its simply replacing an old toilet with a new one and I am sure they have done this thousands of times. So they cant give an estimate without charging $69

Mike sent someone out to us quickly after walking me through some steps and questions to try to see if it was an easy fix. He arrived on time, in a professional van, and with a smile. He was extremely courteous and showed me what he was seeing and doing during the whole process. As great as an emergency-plumbing-situation experience can be!

We had a significant under ground water leak at our office, and contacted several different plumbers because we needed someone to come out quickly. Experts Plumbing Services was the only one who would squeeze us in, they came out later that same day to evaluate our situation. They gave us a temporary solution that same day, and returned to do a full repair quickly after that. We had a 2-person team at our office all day, they were very professional and kept us informed about how the repairs were going. When they were finished with the outside repair, they took the time to come inside and check all our water fixtures to make sure they were working properly. Some dirt had gotten into our lines during the repairs, so they checked and cleaned all of our inside fixtures and made sure everything was back to normal. When we got their invoice, another pleasant surprise, their costs are very reasonable. We highly recommend Experts Plumbing Services for both large and small jobs!!

Fast and Friendly

Nobody so far that my property manager has been good. From plumbing that still doesn’t work to gapping holes left in my house , mess left behind . Maybe the open holes w exposed pipes left in the yard. Things generally left unsafe. I’d atleast have covered it w plywood. Hell I’d actually did the plumbing issue

Experts Plumbing is great! I called them on a Saturday at 8pm because someone clogged my toilet DURING a party at my house...I had over 100 guests still at my home and a clogged toilet - it could have been a nightmare but Experts had someone there 20 minutes after I called and had us back up and running in less than 30 minutes - they did a fantastic job! Dave came out to my home to fix some backed up drains in my house. It was an emergency situation and he called me right away and came over right away. He figured out the problem within 5 mins of being here. A pipe busted outside and was clogging my drains. He was very professional and did the job in a timely manner and did the job the right way I recommend experts plumbing for all your plumbing needs because they do the job right the first time.

We had a leak in our water heater and Mike came out right away. He had told us we needed a new water heater and a technician would be out in a few hours with a new one. Less than a few hours later Rob showed up. He was excellent! Very friendly and knowledgeable regarding our situation. The service was quick and easy to get it taken care of! I'd recommend experts plumbing to all our friends and family. Especially since the holidays are right around the corner it's one less thing we have to worry about! :)

I had Expert Plumbing come to my house for something that a “handy man” was supposed to have fixed. They said they would be there between 1-2p but showed up at 10a because another job was completed sooner than expected. The person they sent was very professional, knowledgeable, and was working right away. Also, he did not have to leave to buy extra parts or tools (not a good sign). I am in the process of opening my property management company and I know who I will be calling for plumbing issues.

Jacob Smith and his team were AMAZING, professional, polite, informative & even funny. Jacob outlined a solution to our water system draining by re-setting the system then by outlining a new drain system that no longer flooded our yard or our neighbors. Cassie in the office is also a huge help & very pleasant. She kept us up to date, informed & seriously notified of service arrival. After the new drain line was installed we discovered an issue with our irrigation from the work & Cassie had Jacob back out bright and early the next morning with a quick repair and just as pleasant. HIGHLY recommend this company! Have been using for 5 years and they are ALWAYS AWESOME!

Thanks to Dan for great service Friday! We had to go through about 4 plumbing contacts before finding your company-----no one else seemed to be able to do it.
Dan was here in a very short time and quickly resolved the drainage/sewer backup. His recommendation for remediation service was excellent. Repairs are now being made.
Guess that we now have a new plumbing service!

Excellent service! I can't say enough good things about our plumber Vinny. They were on time and very flexible to my schedule. They installed my jacuzzi tub perfectly and tested and were very clean, nest, friendly, and accommodating! I would by fare continue to use them for all my plumbing issues. Vinny is awesome :-)
