Had a leak at the water meter, called TJK Plumbing and someone was here 2 hours later to fix it for us. David W. was great - professional, conversational, polite... He had the issue fixed very quickly and left the work area clean.

We've also used these folks for planned work before (referral from a neighbor) - would recommend to others!

Great service. Answered all my questions on purchasing and installing water heater.

Josh is great. I have had him out twice. Once to fix an outdoor faucet which has had freezing issues - no more issues. The second time to do a water heater drain & flush. He explained the condition of our water. We decided to go with the electric anode rod so our water heater will last longer.

The two plumbers showed up on time for our water heater install shortly after we bought our home and were friendly and professional. Work went quickly with no hiccups, and the overall price for the heater & service were reasonable and precisely as quoted.

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

I was in a world of hurt with 2 kitchen sinks clogged and overflowing. Josh proceeded very professionally - telling me what he was doing - each step of the way. In addition to unclogging my sinks, he put everything back under the sink, dried the floor, and was very pleasant throughout the process.Great job, Josh!!! Thank you so much.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
