I called Plumbing Solutions this morning about a disposal. Isaiah was prompt in showing up and in less than five minutes showed up and rescued a little plastic handled knife from the disposal. An added bonus is that he also show me how to resolve the same issue if it ever happened again. I'm back in business and recommend this service.

I am a repeat customer of Plumbing Solutions of Wichita, first to install a natural gas line for our outdoor fireplace and grill last summer. The second time, today, I called them out to replace some outdoor water spigots. However, when we walked around the house, he evaluated our situation and told me they would love to replace them but what we were experiencing was actually natural and he wouldn’t recommend replacing or rebuilding them at this point. They could have chosen to make a buck and I would have been none the wiser but instead chose integrity!! They may not be the cheapest but clearly we’ve already saved money with them. They are the only company that we will ever use for any of our plumbing needs, period. Now, if I could only find some other local trades (painters, wood workers, masons, etc.) that were on the same level as this company!

Plumbing Solutions installed all of the plumbing in our newly built house a few years ago. Quality work! But more importantly every interaction I have had with them afterwards has been awesome. They are reasonably priced, friendly, and very easy to work with! No reason to ever call anyone else.

We had our water heater go out on us early Christmas Eve. Flooded our basement. Plumbing Solutions was the only company that answered our 7am call out of 4-5 others we tried. They were out within 30min and replaced our water heater within an hour. We will highly recommend them to our family and friends.

My husband asked that I contact a plumber because water was backing up into our yard from a cleanout. I read through the reviews and decided to give Plumbing Solutions a try. We have not historically had great experiences with plumbers, but we really liked Aaron.

I didn't feel like it was an emergency, so I made an appointment for next day. They called before they came out. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it within an hour or so. (I was not watching the clock closely, but I know they were quick!)

My husband asked some additional questions about the issue. Aaron was knowledgeable and did not try to recommend services that would further increase our cost. He also gave us some advice for prevention, which we appreciated.

Aaron was GREAT !!!!!

Plumbing Solutions showed up at 6:30 pm on a Friday night and replaced my leaking water heater. They were fast and efficient.

My husband and I have a small rental company and Aaron has now worked on two of our properties - both of which were very complicated in terms of finding the problem, assessing the solution and actually fixing the problem. Aaron is first and foremost a great communicator - he explains everything in detail and sends photos to further describe what he is talking about. He communicates great with my tenants and follows through on everything he promises. He always tries to find the least intrusive and expensive solution, but always gives you a heads up as to what the worst case scenario might be so that you are not completely surprised if it comes to that. Whatever solution you decide on, he completes the work expertly, with duration of the solution in mind - he fixes things to last. Finally, if he can help prevent issues in the future by doing just an extra step or two, he offers that as an option as well. You will not go wrong choosing this company!

This is probably our 4th service call with Plumbing Solutions of Wichita. First was to fix toilet clog because our son just loves to throw his toys in the toilet. Second was to address a floor/ceiling leak coming from our refrigerator. Third was to replace our garbage disposal and fourth was to install a new hot water dispenser.

Every time I called for service, Aaron came out. I cannot tell you how personable, polite, diligent and knowledgeable this guy is. He knows his stuff, and if it’s something he can’t do, he knows where to point you too (fridge leak).

If you need something done plumbing-wise, call this place and request for Aaron. And If you’re reading this Aaron, sorry but not sorry for a hopeful busy schedule in the future. Who knows? I can not say enough about the way this company went above a beyond to help my family. We woke up to our yard flooded because our water line had broken. I called them and several other companies. They were able to not only do this affordably but they had equipment out and the line replaced the same day, no other company could get to me in that time.

The entire team from the first person who answered the phone to Isaiah who came out to give us an estimate and the plumbers that completed the work were amazing. They were polite, professional and on time. Most importantly efficient and thorough in their work.

I contacted a plumber to fix my tub and he said it would be a very complex job that he would have to look in to. Considering he was uneasy, I decided to reach out to plumbing solutions of wichita. Great experience from start to finish! Helpful during the initial phone call. Quoted price and scheduled same day service. Plumber was friendly, answering my questions and cleaned up after the installation. They also followed up a day or two later making sure all was going well.

Totally surprised to jump in the shower this morning and encounter only cold water. Went downstairs to find my water heater leaking all over my basement! Called my normal plumber. Too busy to get me in. Called their suggestion. Too busy to get me in. Called my daughter’s plumber. Also booked out. My daughter and I started looking at plumber reviews. We found that Pluming Solutions of Wichita was rated very high, and they were on the west side of Wichita. I gave them a call!
Kristen, who answers the phone for Plumbing Solutions, did an exceptional job keeping me calm, and getting the necessary details of the existing water heater from me. She looked at the schedule, and figured out that she could get a technician out with a new water heater that very afternoon! She asked me to take pictures of my existing model and text them to her. She was able to give me an estimate of the job cost. When the technician was on his way to my house later in the day, she called to let me know he was about 10 minutes away!

Needed a water line replaced from the meter to the house. Had the trenchless replacement done. Trent, Kyle and Zack did the job in under 3 hours. Yard looks pretty much undisturbed. They had to remove some pavers, replaced them and you wouldn’t know they have been disturbed.

Plumbing solutions installed the plumbing at our newly built home. When we ran into a minor issue after moving in they came out quickly and resolved the problem with no charge. Aaron was very courteous and communicated with my wife and I every step of the way. Everything was taken care of professionally and he cleaned up after himself. WhIle visiting my daughter I attempted a repair that didn't work out. When we needed a plumber to bail me out we called Aaron. He inspected my mistake, gave a reasonable estimate and arranged a time to do the work. His crew arrived on time and completed the repair . The entire experience was excellent.

I called Plumbing Solutions of Wichita because our Garbage disposal died and I had a sink that didn't drain well. The appointment was easy to setup and they kept me updated on any changes they needed to make as soon as they knew. When Aaron got here he was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helped me understand the situation with my garbage disposal and slow draining sink with ease. He had the garbage disposal swapped and installed and the sink blockage cleared so fast! I will absolutely be calling them again for my other plumbing projects.

I had a main water line leak and had to be replaced. Plumbing Solutions was the first one to reply to my message for a quote and the first one to come out and take a look at the job. I decided to go with them, and they prioritized my job since it was considered more of an emevency.

Trent and his crew showed up on time and completed the job expeditiously. A couple of weeks later I noticed the was a small leak inside the house at the service line entry. Trent came back and took care of us by digging back on the outside and sealing it there.

Trent and company stand behind their work, I was impressed. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Hot water tank started leaking. It was a mess. I contacted Jill. She could tell it was urgent. Dispatched Aaron ASAP. She called back to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived on time. Got in .. Got out. Install was perfect. All costs were disclosed upfront. Overall, it made an unfortunate circumstance a positive experience. From Jill to Aaron .. I'll use them again.

Called because needed assistance with Noritz warranty work for tankless water heater. Pleasent woman answered phone and scheduled appt. 1 week out.
Tech arrived and became very evident he had limited experience with tankless machine, even though this was confirmed upon scheduling appoint. It was witnessed multiple times the tech was on the phone with Noritz customer service. The tech informed me that Noritz would overnight the part but they need to charge me and was not under warranty.
I disagreed with the fact that part was not under warranty. The tech left a bill, ( non-itemized) and with no explanation of fees.
I called and inquired as to options to mediate and the owner reported, “would you just like me to refund you. “ informed him I would like to obtain an estimate for a “tank water heater.” He replied he would come and provide bid. He came to my residence on the 28th of January measured and left saying he would be in touch. In the mean time I called Noritz and they overnighted the parts free of charge.
Needless to say, no bid was ever provided and no-refund provided. When inquiring via text message with owner never replied. Would NOT recommend this company !

Update: curious how a “unique situation” warrants your technician to charge for incompetence ...? The technician supplied no usable information on his visit. The text message you speak of requesting a refund is a direct result of owner not answering phone on multiple attempts. Again, if anyone has “ complex” plumbing needs would NOT recommend.

Had a great experience with PS. They were able to come the day I called to replace our hot water heater after it had gone bad. Communication was great the whole way through and they cleaned up after they installed. Highly recommend!

Aaron was very helpful and explained what happened to my outdoor faucet and explained exactly what needed to be done. I thought since it was dark that it would have to wait until another day, but Aaron grabbed a flash light and went into the crawl space,😵‍💫, with no hesitation. The pipe and faucet was fixed in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be referring my friends.

Plumbing Solutions was recommended to us by Hanna Heating & Air Conditioning as a plumbing company they recommend. We had a leak at an outdoor faucet that was leaking into our basement.

Jill and Kristen in the office were extremely helpful scheduling our appointment. Jill offered to put us on a cancelation list and work us in, since one of their plumbers lived close to us. She called the night before to confirm our appointment, and let us know that Aaron would call/text the next morning when he was on his way.

Aaron did call and text to let us know he was headed to our house. He was extremely helpful, professional, and kept me informed on what he would be doing. The repair was quick and he took the time to show me what had gone wrong and how he repaired it.

We will definitely be calling them back the next time we need a plumber. Very thankful we were told to call them!

Recently I awoke to no hot water. Thought the pilot light blew out. When I checked water was pouring out of the hot water tank (one adjoining room was already soaked). Called Plumbing Solutions of Wichita about 8:15 am. The plumber was at our door in less than an hour from my my call with a new tank. He installed it, cleaned up and took the old tank with him by 11:00. 5 Stars isn't enough when you get this kind of service.

Aaron showed the utmost professionalism from beginning to end. He called to let me know that he would be to my house in 20 minutes, making him right on time with our time slot appointment. He introduced himself, pet our dog, and began right away diagnosing our plumbing issue. He was very kind, working around our numerous home repairs and was kind when I mentioned that my dad and I installed the toilet a year ago (not always the best idea I suppose). Aaron figured the problem was minor, but checked and followed up on another possiblity. He even stated that if the more expensive solution is what we really need to do, that he would apply today's bill to the much bigger one. Nothing like finding out late morning that your hot water heater has come to a quick end Called Plumbing Solutions, upon the referral of the company that put in my last one. Oh my gosh was I treated well! They had me send in pictures of my heater, asked a few questions then promised to get in touch with a technician and get back to me. Within 15 minutes I was contacted that I could get help later that day...perfect!
Aaron showed up with everything he needed, was great to explain what they would do and what the cost would be. He then got to work and was done in less than 2 hours. They took care to be careful as they moved in and out of the basement and did a great job of cleaning up after the work was completed.

They were quick to get out to our house, explained what work needed completed and were able to do the work right then. They took time to lay tarps on our stairs down to the basement and took off their shoes. This care for our house makes all the difference in knowing I could trust them to do a good job and actually do the work. After the work on our sump pump was completed, they demonstrated both the primary pump and water powered back ups for me. The cleaned up really well after they were done. I felt comfortable with them being in our home when it was just my toddler and I at home with them. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family.
