Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

If you want a great plumber use Hessian! Great communication from start to finish! Leo and John did a great job running gas for my new gas stove! They gave me a quote that came on right on budget instead of twice as much as others!

Very impressed by DJ and Jim. Needed a high dollar kitchen faucet installed. Not only were they on time but they called to let me know they are coming early! Love it! We called Roark plumbing to tie in a new bathroom vanity we had installed during a remodel. Micah came out and was extremely helpful. He did an amazing job with the water lines and kept everything tidy and clean in the new vanity. He also sat us down at the end and went through everything he had done and coached us maintenance and up keep. He was extremely helpful and personable. Highly recommend Gray Duck Plumbing! When setting up my appointment they were punctual and organized. When Dan came in to fix my tub spout he explained what he was doing, why, what my options were for repairs, and was very professional, honest, and kind. As a new homeowner it was incredibly informative and helpful! And the fact that it's local, female, and queer owned is a huge huge bonus! One of my cats was also completely smitten with Dan, so that's a good sign.

Amazing customer service! Our family has a unique health situation & needs a couple of accommodations by anyone entering our home, and we felt incredibly respected by Pure Plumbing when they had to enter our home. They were quick (while still being thorough & doing quality work!) and cleaned up their work sites well. They made time for a smaller extra request in addition to the bigger originally scheduled irrigation system installation. Something that has been a problem for 6 months (and that we had tried to fix on our own) was diagnosed and fixed in like 15 minutes by the skilled plumber. We have used Kelly Plumbing for many many years. I don't think there is a pipe or plumbing fixture in our house that they have not touched. They have always been so great to work with and worth every dollar!

I called Soderlin Plumbing because they have been around South Minneapolis for years. From the first call, to problem solved, I was impressed.
The issue was, I have had such horrible water pressure going to my outside water faucet for years. My sprinkler was only able to get about 3 feet high.
Ken came over and assessed the issue within 10 minutes and recommended a solution. I agreed and he got to work. Ken was trustworthy and experienced. I am 100% pleased with the results and I no longer have sprinkler envy of my neighbors. Thank you so much Ken!

Excellent experience. Brian was able to come on a summer weekend, when two other drain companies couldn't come out until Monday. I had a clogged kitchen sink, so that was very helpful.

He cleaned it out, then also mentioned that the way our piping is configured, wasn't optimal. A couple of other people have told me that too, but somehow we hadn't done anything about it.

I asked him whether fixing that was something he could do, and he said he could get the parts and fix it. He went to Home Depot to get the parts and stayed an extra 2 hours to fix it and test everything. I greatly appreciated his work!

He was courteous and communicative, and everything runs much more smoothly now. He said if anything comes up afterwards, to give him a call. I was very pleased. Thank you!!
