Just moved back to South Tampa and called this company to fix a toilet and two master bathroom sinks that bubble when the shower is turned on. Day after, problem still happening, but I figured I’d give it a week to see if it would go away since they had me buy a new part, but it did not.
A woman named Karen who answers the phone, told me I’d have to pay another $275 just for plumber to return. When I asked why I'd have to pay again since problem was not fixed, her voice changed and she became defensive/argumentative, asking if I had read the contract where it says there are no guarantees, that **** is 'our best plumber', asked why I waited to call back, stated over & over that it was toilet paper that clogged the pipes, etc. (it was definitely not a 'toilet paper' issue) and still demanded I pay
$275 again.
She spoke over me, cut me off, was rude until I was finally able to ask, 'Why are you arguing with a customer?' She abruptly answered she would have a supervisor call and hung up on me! How unprofessional!
I am a single mother, a retired Veteran (no Vet discount either) and have already paid them a total of $700 in the past couple weeks. The least they could do is come and see what the problem really is instead of just putting a Band-Aid on it!
Update: Almost a week later and nobody has called me back. I can't stand horrible customer service.
