We had an unpleasant surprise on a Saturday morning when we noticed a significant amount of water leaking from our water heater. I figured with it being a Saturday, it would make finding a plumber more difficult, but I needed this issue resolved ASAP. I called TJK because they had 24 hour service. They got to my house FAST! As I suspected, I needed a new water heater. Josh and Kyle got it installed in 4 hours, which included reconfiguring the venting per a new regulation. I couldn’t believe I was back up and running so quickly and that I could enjoy my Saturday night without having this issue hanging over my head. Would recommend!

Highly recommend. Our basement drain unexpectedly backed up and flooded our utility room. Roto Rooter was able to get Jacob out right away. He was incredibly thorough in describing what exactly needed to be done and worked quickly, cleaning out our mainline and testing it to make sure it was clear. He was very professional and knowlegable, even doing a quick fix of a toilet that wouldn't stop running, free of charge. Excellent service.

AL , arrived as scheduled , was upfront on pricing and operations he was going to perform. He needed to clean our problem drains. I had a completely clogged shower drain, so I called Matt’s Plumbing Solutions and they had someone out within 2 hours. Bryon was great at diagnosing the issue and explaining it! Even though it was a grueling 2.5 hour job, he was very friendly and knowledgeable along the way. Definitely will be using MPS again!
