After trying to fix a clog and instead causing a new leak on a Saturday morning, I called around a few places before getting in touch with Charles about 8:15 am. He added me to his list, updated his route to start at our place, and by 10:30 am he and Louise were out the door and my corroded pipe had been replaced and plumbing reassembled. Two hours and 15 minutes phone call to completion. On a Saturday morning. AMAZING. And his prices were VERY competitive. Can't recommend Charles Conner Plumbing enough. Thank you thank you thank you!

Reccomended to us by our home inspector to clean our drains and give the house's plumbing a tune-up -- Reggie at Freddy's is AMAZINGLY knowledgeable and very kind. Called at 3, they showed up about an hour later. They quoted me one third of the price of a larger competitor plumbing company to auger my main sewer line, due to root infestation. polite guy who's teaching his son the ropes, this is what America is all about, support this business. If you need routine maintenance or a repair and don't want to break the bank, this is the guy to call.

This is a company I’ve come to really trust.

I have used Gust on two occasions.  The first was when another plumber wasn’t able to complete work in a tight crawl space (in my basement below the bathroom) and so he referred me to Rusty, the owner.

Rusty completed the work and gave me a lot of helpful information, including info on the replacement of my tub faucet, not accessible through the wall behind it. Thanks to this his help, I was able to repair the faucet without putting a hole in the wood-paneled wall where an access should have been.  Two other faucets were repaired quickly on this second service call.

Rusty really seems to care about his customers and explains things in a way that allows me to do some of my own research and legwork. If I had the funds, I’d just let him do all repairs without looking over his shoulder or investigating further, and I’m sure he has plenty of customers who trust him enough to do that. That said, he has been great about educating me as he does the work.

BEWARE! BEWARE! Professional scammer! After I have agreed to pay amount he quoted he did half of his work then disappeared. No communication at all, other then an email after I threatened to bring this issue up with dept of labor. We attempted to communicate so many time and no response. Essentially all he is looking for is big chunk of money for easy work then walk away without completing it. Do your search on this contractor well. He has been fined, crappy reviews and complaints against him on BBB. I am proceeding with court option! This is unacceptable! People like this should never be in business.
