These guys were lifesavers. We had a clogged drain that was backing up water everywhere in our house to the point we couldn't use anything (toilet, shower, sink). We'd contacted a local plumber to fix it, but they kept cancelling/rescheduling on us. They cancelled/rescheduled for an entire week, all the way to Friday, leaving us without a fix over the weekend. Someone recommended these guys to us for an emergency fix that same Friday. Even though Clog B Gone was coming from a distance, they came out the same day with all the necessary equipment and fixed the clog for us, no problem. Everything was fixed perfectly. Markus was the gentleman who came out, he did an awesome job and was very friendly. Plus, the price was PERFECT. They didn't rip us off because they came from a distance or fit us in fast. We SO appreciate this company and the service they provided for us.

Would highly recommend Mr Plumbing, as they were super quick to respond and get the necessary supplies to help us unclog our main sewage access. Cyrus was friendly and quick to respond! 5 out of 5!

Just had John and Stephen at my residence to replace my water heater. It was late in the day and I have never had such incredible service. After inspecting my home, the crew determined that my Samsung Steam Washer and Dryer had been improperly installed (by a general contractor) and proposed a two-pronged solution. So that I could use my utilities and get set up; and I could find a more permanent, secure solution for the machines in the works. The service I received was excellent, and I am grateful. Tonight I'm going to do laundry! I appreciate it a lot.

We had an emergency with a failed water softener that seized up all cold water faucets and pipes! I left a message on Sunday 10/10/2012 and DJ returned my call in the
morning of 10/11/2021 and he was in our home that same day. DJ and Justin, both awesome young men, got us back to most access that same day and then all systems go by the afternoon on 10/12/2021!! BAM!!!

Two representatives came to my Mom's condo when her garbage disposal stopped working. They told her it would $500 to repair but they reccomended a replacement which cost $1000. She didn't think this sounded right so instead she called my brother in law. He took a wrench and literally gave it two twists and it was fixed. That was all it needed. This company completely tried to take advantage of my Mom because she seemed like an easy target. Total ripoff, total jerks.

I needed a diagnostic of my furnace not working properly and they couldn't totally tell me what the fix that was needed was because it didn't fall within the time frame of the 30 minutes and he couldn't see if there was a crack so he couldn't tell me if repairing the pressure valve was going to create a problem because he couldn't see the crack so basically all the time took to look through the furnace could not provide a clear answer on what the problem was. The suggestion was to just get a new furnace and and there was a lot of issues going on but still didn't get a clear picture of what was needed to fix the problem or what it would cost. Tried to charge for additional diagnostics which would cost near 400 dollars but this was never disclosed when setting theappointment.

I I was never so disappointed with this service. Did the bait and switch on me and charged me doublefrom their add. More importantly he didn't unclog the sewer line. Had to call drain busters to do it properly
