Best customer service ever! Brian was dispatched to my house only hours after I called for service. Underground drain pipe for my house was clogged and left me unable to wash any clothes or dishes. Brian fixed it quickly and also recommended things to improve my house faucet mounting. He was very professional and also double checked my washing machine to make sure it drained properly. Highly recommend this company and the fact that they were very reasonable price wise. Skip the other companies and their next day service. These guys took great care of me.

Called them out to clean our main drain which backed up. The tech couldn’t clear it all of the way but got the water moving. Two days later it backed up again, they sent the tech back out with the camera guy to inspect the line. Handed me a quote for $16,429 for a collapsed pipe.Called Drain Busters the next day and he cleared the pipe completely, said it was his easiest of the day. Sent the camera down and showed us the pipe in great condition.We’re all in the same boat in our area with big trees and roots in the pipes. Don’t use Roto Rooter at all. They are a predatory service department. I feel bad driving around and seeing them digging up a lot of yards. Crooks.

We had Roto-Rooter come out to clear a slow draining bath tub drain. They scheduled someone between 2pm to 6pm. We got a call at 2:15pm that the plumber would be at our place in 30 or 40 minutes. He was right on time.He was professional and did a quick job.Highly recommended

We had our septic go out and in less than 24 hours he showed up, did the work, checked to make sure nothing was missed, cleaned up --best of all his service, attitude, capability were incredible.
