Highly recommended!! Very good work, and works quickly! Was less than an estimate I got from someone else, and the work was absolutely first rate. No shortcuts by using sharkbite or anything. I try to do my own easy plumbing projects(fixtures and under the sink stuff), but know my limits and Mike will be my go to for future plumbing needs. When I called the number it went to vmail, I texted the number on the message(or I could have left a vmail) so I could attach pictures, and Mari responded almost immediately with their pricing and what times were available. He showed up early and made sure it was done right. I needed my main shutoff valve replaced(in the house), and they worked with the City to arrange the shutoff from outside the house.

We have used Ken's for over 30 years for the annual cleaning of our sanitary service line. They are always prompt and courteous. Recently, at my request and at no cost, they reviewed a video of my sister's sewer service and recommended another contractor who replaced her sewer service for her. This is service at its best.

Keith was very professional and personable. He explained the problem, the possible cause and what trouble signs to watch for in the future. He was very thorough and informative and answered all my questions. And my English Setter just loved him.

I had to have the sewer line on my new home repaired. I was late accepting their quote and scheduling the work, but they still fit me into their schedule. While they had a liner inserted, there was minimal disruption to my lawn and my schedule. Worth the price!

My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.

When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.

We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.

In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.

RightMark doesn't provide a fairly priced service.

Doug started off well but quickly degraded. He cut corners in installing our tub and would not fix it according to Kohlers recommendations. He ended by slinging insults. I would not have him back in my house. Save yourself the stress we had and hire someone else.

This called the evening I put in the request and were at my house the next morning. They fixed the problem very fast and were fairly priced.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
