I called with an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday evening. They helped me triage the issue over the phone and helped me save hundreds of dollars in water damage and repair. I really appreciated how helpful and kind they were in giving me advice on how to save on an emergency visit too.

Eric was great! He showed up on time, explained the entire process and what we could expect. He explained what costs would be with different options before starting any work. He got it all done in the same day! We are definitely using Service Star for all our plumbing needs in the future.

They charge you an arm and a leg just to come out. $127 just to come our and gave me wrong einformation. Definitely not recommended

Excellent service.

Bet upset had him out twice last year cause are kitchen sink was slow and backing up. Then had him this year and was told he went all the way through. He told us the only thing we could do was pull up the floor in the basement cause somethings wrong with the pipes only to find out there was a clog in the pipes so he did not go all the way through. Even though he had a long enough machine too!

Called in this morning, hoping to be able to schedule a plumber sometime this week and they sent Chris Winn out this morning who fixed it by noon. He did a great job explaining what my options were and doing the repair. Highly recommend this company.

JD is our go-to plumber. He and his team are conscientious and don't participate in gouge pricing. We can trust JD and have had him do work on two homes and recommended him to several others that are just as pleased with his work. Glad to have a plumber that returns calls himself and shows up on time!

Aaron was the first to meet me. He asked about the issues I was having with my home. We had a pleasant conversation about the function of my homes heating and cooling. I wasn't sure I wanted to make a decision about buying a furnace because I didn't know what I was looking for but he gave me options based on everything we talked about and how each system operated. It helped me to make my decision and I selected the one I thought best fit my needs. I have a sense of relief now going into the winter. It was a big decision to make but I feel that Genz-Ryan is working to help me keep my home comfortable for years to come.Ryan was helpful as well. He checked all the electrical work and suggested someone things for me to check into that were helpful in protecting my equipment.Sean helped me with a surge suppresser for the electrical box and confirmed that my home was up to code.Steve was great he replaced a motion sensor floodlight at the back of the house. He made sure it was set correctly and that it detected movement at the right place. I feel a little safer with it working again.
