We had two gas leaks in our pipes in the basement that Xcel Energy found. They shut off our gas so we felt urgent in finding someone to help and didn’t know what we were in for. After two companies didn’t want to take on the liability of fixing our gas pipes, Peter from MSP showed up quickly and inspected everything, worked out a plan, walked us through it and talked through worst case scenario so we understood. He scheduled a return at 8 the next morning to start work. He showed up on time, started work and got done a little earlier than we anticipated. He was able to dodge worst case scenario saving us thousands and he thoroughly tested the gas pressure and made sure there were no leaks. He also walked us through pricing and their care plan. I recommend Peter and MSP for repair work you can feel good about.

Mike replaced our gas water heater today. From the initial phone call to Tradecraft, inquiring about installation pricing, through the actual installation and cleanup, Mike was extremely polite, responsive, and thorough. He took the time to answer all the questions I had and gave his honest opinion when I asked for it. In addition to great work and friendly customer service, Mike's prices were very reasonable. We had a leaky pipe from our top floor bathroom into our first floor office. It was the Friday of 4th of July weekend and no one could help us, until we called Hibernian! He showed up on time, had all the right materials, great attitude, and fixed our leaky pipe. He was efficient and the price was much lower than other companies had quoted. He is our new, go to plumber. We will be recommending him to all of our friends! Amazing customer service and great guy.

Responsive, fair price for service, and a nice crew

Very thankful that I was able to contact someone on a Sunday morning and get same day service on the weekend. Joe was out to my house in less than an hour and we havent had any issue since. Everything was explained to me in a manner I could understand and trust. Definitely a 5 star service. Thank you Cutting edge sewer!

Great guy!

Rose Plumbing is the best! They always come as quick as can be and get your home back to running order in no time flat. Today they also connected me immediately to someone who will clean out our sewer line later this morning, needed to prevent basement back up, after I flushed a cleaning rag down the toilet. Great people you can trust!!

Good work. On time

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.

No call back, no correspondence at all.

Very reasonable prices and was able to come next day to fix a leak in my ceiling. He even fixed several smaller more chronic plumbing issues. I will be using him again if any further plumbing needs arise.

I've used ESP for multiple plumbing projects over the last 7 years. Jim and Dustin have been awesome to work with. I'll continue to use them for sure!

Was not available to give us service two weeks out

I've used Dean's in the past and they've been very responsive to assist. However, after they misdiagnosed the issue I was having in my home they still charged me for services that I did not need. I've tried multiple times to resolve the issue over the phone and I have not received a call back. I'm a Deans club member and I will be canceling my membership with them. They're employees who come in your home are great and I'd expect that same service from the employees in the back office. They're great at collecting your money but not at rectifying issues. Home Owner beware

Rob is FANTASTIC! I'd give 10 stars if I could. He has a problem solver mindset and clearly enjoys what he does and helping people. The clean out in my basement was covered by previous owners during a remodel. He inspected the plumbing and the stack, theorized where the clean out was and called the city of Mtka to get the floor plans and confirm! (He was right - it was where he thought it would be). Talk about going above and beyond! 1 in 100 plumbers would do that, in my experience. Then he and his crew got after it and did a quality job. I was in the other room while he was working and I could hear him talking to his crew mate, saying things like I want to be sure we do this right. So rare to find someone this good, thorough, and vested in his work. Thank you, Rob! You are a true gem!
