They explained my problem and showed me a vivid video that allowed me to clearly understand what needed to be done to solve this problem in my sewer line. I've had this problem quite some time, and now I can move forward to repair this properly. Thanks to Abbott Brother's Plumbing, they have resources and financing for major problems and repairs. Mr. Stefanski and his team was excellent. I was assigned to Mr. Ray by my insurance company after another company could not come out and look at my main sewer line that was clogged. Mr. Ray came out ask some questions left and sent Mr. Bobby the next day who worked to get so many roots out of my line to allow me to flush the toilet and take a bath. Mr. Bobby was very professional and a master at his work. Mr. Stefanski got the approval to have my main line replaced and had a team out a few days later and these men dug my ground up, replaced the line, covered the ground back ip and was done in a few hours while being professional the entire time. I have been using Modern Plumbing Services for 9 years and Brian has always been great! We needed our hot water heater replaced because it was leaking. I spoke with Brian and he was able to get someone out to install it same day. Sam was the person who came and installed it. He was very professional and respectful of our home. He got the job done quick as well. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

An incredibly friendly guy for sure. And provided good advice on the avoiding Pfister plumbing fixtures. And i appreciate ALL of that. But $345 to unclog two drains seems a bit exorbitant to me. Am I just out of touch or what?? And I admit the second clog was pretty stubborn. Seems like a lot.

I have been using Forster Plumbing for about 15 years, and they never disappoint. Brian is the owner/operator and generally has 2 or 3 experienced plumbers working for him. I find it so much more pleasant dealing with a small outfit rather than a mega operation. One hundred percent of the time that I call, Brian himself promptly answers the phone. I can't say that about very many businesses - particularly not in the trades. Beyond that, he or his crew have appeared for their promised appointments 100% of the time. The work is top of the line quality at very affordable prices. I long ago stopped asking the rate because I am confident that the total charge will be reasonable, and it always is reasonable. Indeed, rates can be deceiving anyway. The real issues are integrity and competence. Respecting both, Brian excels.

Replaced Sewage line from under my basement out to the backyard. I was referred to them by a friend who had their sewage line replaced. It was quite the job.

My sewage line was 13 feet below the backyard and 5-6 feet below the basement floor. It was at one of my rental properties and James and his crew were great even when the tenants weren't always on the same page as James, his crew and I. He left the areas clean and neat. I just had to get the tile redone. Once tile was done, his team put my bathroom back together! CALL Zoom Drains from Essex - James and his team are great!

I would never recommend these clowns... first off I had a clog in my pipe so I called them out to snake my drains the 2 guys were very nice and friendly ( the only thing good about this experience ) but they lied and told me they snaked the whole house from the top floor all the way out to the front of the house in my yard come to find out they only snaked to the basement not even getting the rest of the pipe that ran under the foundation , so then I call them out to come take a look at my sumpump another guy comes out tells me there's raw sewage in the sumpump hole that there's a break in my main sewer line under the foundation but he would get the camera guy to come scope my pipes and find the break . So 3 days later the camera guy comes out scopes the pipe under the foundation and tells me the break is dead center of my basement shows me the picture that was dark and couldn't tell what the picture was showing and then told me it would cost 5000 dollars to replace and that it needed to be done asap so He leaves I start scrounging up the money to have this fixed only to get a second opinion come out scope my pipe ( with a much better camera ) come to find out the pipe wasn't broke it just had 50 years worth of build up in it and it needed to be snaked with a grease cutter snake and the water that was in my sumpump was just old water that had been sitting too long ... my suggestion to anyone with plumbing issues call someone else these guys just want to take your money and charge you for unnecessary work

Although they were quick to come and provide an estimate and it was an extremely fair estimate compared to all the others that I sought their overall work was not up to par. They had to dig a trench through the front yard to replace a damaged pipe however the clean-up was terrible. 5 months later the yard is still torn up and on top of that there is still apparently a leak in the pipe. I thought that my last water bill was still high due to the repair being done in mid December but now I am seeing water leaking out towards the side walk again.
