Wow is all I have to say after James Anderson replaced my old, dilapidated pipes with modern pipes! James is a Master Plumber and is very meticulous, thorough in his work but what i like most is Mr Anderson communicates with his clients/customer every step of the way!! He is very knowledgeable and an expert with his craft!! James will be my Go-To-Plumber from now on whenever I need help. I'm so glad that our paths have crossed.

We had a small leak in our ceiling that was coming from the upstairs bathroom so we called Liana to come check it out. He came over about 2 hrs later and It only took him a couple of minutes to show us that something in the shower was not caulked properly and was causing the leak downstairs. He recommended we just caulk it on our own and didn't charge us for anything, not even a quick service call. He was honest and professional and we will definitely call him for any plumbing services in the future.

Rich was awesome! My water heater died on a holiday weekend while he was attending to another big job. He made it a point to come by to replace the unit and quickly fix another minor unrelated issue after hours. Rich was kind, professional, and highly responsive. Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
