Johnny Rooter Services

I had a main line back up and the county couldn't get it we called Johnny Rooter and they were here there equipment was better than what the county had. Johnny Rooter snaked my drain over a hundred foot got the blockage. Shawn the teck that came to the house with the snake was amazing he was so polite and respectful and a lot of fun to talk with while he worked. If I ever have any problems with my plumbing in the future I will only be calling Johnny Rooter They are also great on their prices. Thank You Johnny Rooter you and your team are the best.

The plumber from Johnny Rooter Services was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the backup in my tub and shower. He was dressed nicely and treated my home the way he would his own. He cleaned up the nasty mess that came out of the drain, and ran the water for a while to make sure the problem was completely taken care of.

I would hire Johnny Rooter Services again and would certainly recommend them to my friends.

I would never recommend these clowns... first off I had a clog in my pipe so I called them out to snake my drains the 2 guys were very nice and friendly ( the only thing good about this experience ) but they lied and told me they snaked the whole house from the top floor all the way out to the front of the house in my yard come to find out they only snaked to the basement not even getting the rest of the pipe that ran under the foundation , so then I call them out to come take a look at my sumpump another guy comes out tells me there's raw sewage in the sumpump hole that there's a break in my main sewer line under the foundation but he would get the camera guy to come scope my pipes and find the break . So 3 days later the camera guy comes out scopes the pipe under the foundation and tells me the break is dead center of my basement shows me the picture that was dark and couldn't tell what the picture was showing and then told me it would cost 5000 dollars to replace and that it needed to be done asap so He leaves I start scrounging up the money to have this fixed only to get a second opinion come out scope my pipe ( with a much better camera ) come to find out the pipe wasn't broke it just had 50 years worth of build up in it and it needed to be snaked with a grease cutter snake and the water that was in my sumpump was just old water that had been sitting too long ... my suggestion to anyone with plumbing issues call someone else these guys just want to take your money and charge you for unnecessary work
