Seth did a great job! Arrived when he said, explained our options and didn't leave a mess. We were both very pleased and couldn't beat the price.

Same day service, even though it wasn’t an emergency. Plus, they sent regular status updates on when the technicians would arrive. The technicians were friendly, professional, and quickly found and fixed the problem. The phone dispatcher was also very friendly. I absolutely would use them again!

I called in the morning with a leak in my garage that looked like it was coming from the foundation. They came out within a few hours and diagnosed that the problem wasn't a plumbing issue, but rather a problem with my furnace drainage line. They were friendly, professional, honest, and very helpful.

Heads up if you don't have standard brands of equipment (what does that mean?!):
They showed up on time and are easy to reach, which is very much appreciated.

My issue was that a shower cartridge needed replaced; they said my shower faucet brand is not a standard brand (it's Pfister, which is very common, so I'm not sure why this is an issue!) , which meant they needed to get the part from a downtown warehouse as it wasn't on their truck.
My service was rated a Level 5 on their flat-rate pricing sheet because of that, and if I had a standard brand it would've been a Level 3, which was ~50% of the cost. I'm frustrated that I got charged nearly double which was mainly drive time; the actual diagnosis and repair was ~20 minutes out of the job; I'm in Broadripple, so not far from downtown or their offices which made that drive time very pricey. Quite frustrating.

My garbage disposal became stuck, and I called Carter’s My Plumber after two people in my neighborhood recommended them. This company was quick to call me back after I left a voicemail, and within a few hours, someone was at my home to take care of my issue. Great customer service!

Mike was great. I definitely felt like he was honest, efficient, and did quality work.

After multiple failed attempts with other plumbing companies, I contacted L.D. Smith Plumbing. Joe McElfresh came out the same day to provide an inspection and estimate. Joe made a very good first impression on me and my husband. Due to scheduling conflicts, we opted to have the service completed the next day which meant having someone other than Joe to perform the work. Kurt Maynard came out the next day to replace the shower valve and trim kit. Kurt completed a 4-hour job in less than 3 hours. Kurt was very friendly and professional. Kurt was very thorough in completing the repair and cleaning up the mess left behind. I'd definitely recommend both Joe and Kurt for any plumbing job!

I called and requested service on two small items I needed repairs on. I was told I would receive a call back later that afternoon to schedule an appointment . That call never came. No problem everybody gets busy. Another whole day goes by and still no call back. I call again during office hours and leave a message on the recorder. Another day goes by and still no call back. You would think a courtesy call to simply say we are booked up right now, you might want to seek another plumber. So much for good service, more then likely a blessing, if they will disrespect you with a very simple matter I can only imagine how poor the quality of work would be as well.

now I change my rate to be neutral.

My bathtub faucet will let water out after it is turned off, steg says it is the design of this product.
1.what company will design this kind of faucet?
2. steg, you are not the designer/manufacturer of the faucet, how you can say that issue is the design of the product.
I would say it is a defective product or your poor installation.
