Kitchen Sink Leak - Disposer
All Pro was Landlord Selected - Cannot speak to (monetary) value except that I now have a working kitchen sink disposer. Thanks, Scott. He was punctual; right on time. Courteous. Respectful. Unassuming. Experienced. Analysis was quickly completed and, after a run to obtain a replacement disposer, the trouble was quickly resolved.
- I would sure use this business again.

Jason was so refreshing after having experienced Mister Qwik! A representative from Mister Qwik gave us a ridiculous price to fix our shower leak. He also stated we will most likely be charged the same, if not more, with the other big plumbing companies. We decided to continue searching and thank goodness we found Jason!!! He was professional, knowledgeable and personable !! There was no sales pitch. Thank you Jason!!

Daniel showed up early, removed old water heater and installed the new one without a glitch. Knowledgeable and friendly would highly recommend. All around a pleasant experience. Bought water heater through Lowes and you need to request this company as they will otherwise schedule directly with Kirby (bad reviews).

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Great plumbing service. I've been working with him for years, and he's never let us down! I'm praying for his health, he's been working a long time! ?

Called to do a job, guy (Mike) talked about how professional and quality they are. Agreed to do the job and then completely blew the job off. No return phone calls to even say he couldn’t do it. Just left me hanging. I would not recommend this guy at all.

I called the plumping co because my in laws used them and I was extremely satisfied. I want to express I did not end up using them (we have a friend who’s a plumber that ended up helping us out - it’s just a water heater replacement) but I will use them for any future needs. Cindy is the one who answered the phone and her knowledge and customer service was amazing! She gave us so much helpful information and she was super attentive. I am huge on customer service and Cindy exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and again, I will use them in the future for certain! My in laws also had an exceptional experience and they had a whole bathroom redone with the plumbing company! If you care about customer service and want good quality this place offers both (quality of service being based from my in laws bathroom).

Damaged my floors - Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve. They came to replace it. A few days later I noticed the floor buckled with water damage. Pulled the plank up closest to the water heater and there was standing water under it. Extends to the wall of my laundry room. No damage near the washer so the obvious source is the water heater. Old one not leaking. New one not leaking. Used towels to clean water during install so there was a water issues at that time. They ignored my first call and contact via website. Second call they answered but took no accountability for the damage. Laughed at the suggestion the replace the damaged area. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Bad hearted person to leave the job like that and leave the homeowner to deal with it.

I will preface by saying that my experience may have just been a one-time thing. Based on other reviews I would question if that is true.
I was assigned this company via my home warranty like many others. They were gracious enough to come out to check my water heater two days after Thanksgiving, which I was grateful for!
From there everything went downhill. The tech said that I should get a call on the following Monday to have a follow scheduled. Didn't get a call on Monday.
Attempted to call on Tuesday and didn't get anyone. Called through home warranty, and finally got movement on their end. Unfortunately learned that they had to order the new water heater, which would take 5-7 business days to be delivered. First off.. You can run down to the local lowes and buy one that was similar type and configuration (40gal natural gas). Not sure why one had to be ordered.
So I thought, maybe they were getting an exact replacement from the manufacturer. NOPE. Different manufacture and the box had Home Depot on the side of it... Soooo I'm a little skeptical.
Moving on from that I finally get a call this monday letting me know they could put it in today (wednesday) between 8am and noon. Since the call that I received to schedule I never received a call. I ended up calling them at 11:30 today, and thankfully got a hold of someone. This person let me know the tech would be there soon. Never got any calls, the tech randomly shows up at 12:30pm, without any apology about being late, granted not that late, but still.
At this point I don't care, I just want hot water. So I let the tech into the garage to do the swap. 5-10mins into working on the old water heater he is on his phone taking a personal call talking about cars. OK.
He finally got the old water heater out and managed to scoot it to the driveway and tipped it over and let it slam onto the driveway. I assume to let all the water out that wouldn't come out the drain. Thankfully it didn't leave any damage on the driveway.
Then the tech proceeded to move the new water heater into it's place. Unfortunately he didn't remove a part of the gas line and ended up denting the outer shell against it (in picture). Purely cosmetic, but still.
He then took a 30 minute break in his truck. It was like 20 degrees F, so I can kind of understand, but it seemed like a long break to take. After struggling with the gas inlet and outlet as well as the water connections, everything was finally connected and working.
Overall the whole process of replacement with the tech seemed unorganized, and unfocused. I also noticed the tech making numerous random negative comments to himself while he was working.
Overall the whole experience has been highly unprofessional and embarrassing on their part. How can a business run like this?
I would not recommend this company to any.
