John is amazing! I needed help with my shower drain . I called McFarland Plumbing Repair service and they came immediately. I have had a problem with this drain for a while . 2 other companies tried to fix it and couldn’t but still had to pay them for their time. John was able to fix it quickly and had great customer service. He is very social and professional. Reasonably priced as well . I will be using him for any future problems.

This company is a scam. The guy they sent to fix my leak came hours past the time frame I was given by their office and then the plumber said the company didn't give him the proper information to fix the issue and he left. The tech himself was very nice and professional, but now this scam of a company is trying to charge me a service fee for showing up without the proper materials and leaving right away. Nothing was even touched. I would highly NOT recommend this company.

We contacted them before we knew our had a preferred plumber. They were constructive in diagnosing the problem. Turns out the blockage was in the main line which our covers. So I requested them to wrap up. They were early, knowledgable and patient.

Had an outside drain that was clogged and would spill into the house because of it. They came out and were very upfront about what they would need to do and what the potential problem was. They solved my issue while also discovering another potential problem which they clearly showed with their camera equipment. Highly recommend!

I am remiss in not writing this recommendation sooner. I apologize for that. I will not apologize for highly recommending C. A. Brown and his crew. I had a major water leak problem in the sidewalk which runs in front of my building; and which I fought over with the City of Chicago for over three weeks. After losing the battle over whom had to pay, I immediately contacted C. A. Brown. C. A. obtained a work permit by the end of the next day; and I had six men hand-digging out old lead pipe and replacing it with new copper pipe until 11 p.m. that same night! Impressive commitment in getting a much-needed job done-- would be an understatement. Thanks again C. A. Brown!

I am a new first-time homeowner and had some minor plumbing issues at my condo over the weekend. I called while on my break at work Monday afternoon and Bernie was able to fit me in 4:30pm that same day. He arrived early and got everything sorted for me quickly!
