McFarland Plumbing Repair Service was great. They were very communicative about when they would arrive, calling and sending text with arrival times, which helped me manage my time. Once the technician, Howard, arrived, he patiently listened to my non-technical and conspiracy theories. Then he proceeded to diagnose the real problem. He said he hoped the water wouldn’t be off long. I never noticed it was. It was quick and painless like all plumbing repairs should be when left to professionals.

I would highly recommend McFarland for any plumbing work. Our water heater quit working and needed to be replaced. They responded quickly and were able to install the new heater on my schedule. The installer, was courteous, explained everything well, did an excellent job and cleaned everything up.

One of the larger and highly rated plumbers told us that we had to replace our water main at a cost of close to $4,000. The technician came out to take a look and his experience told him that the way the water meter was moving wasn’t consistent with a water main leak. He fixed a small leak in our shower which fully resolved the issue. We came close to spending $4,000 on the wrong repair and he saved us. Our technical helped troubleshoot and provide options for pipes in rental that was affected by the deep freeze. We opted for new pipes instead of trying to chase potential leaks in the future. The office admins are very nice and courteous. Overall excellent communication; text notifications prior to the appt date and text and phone call prior to arrival the day of. Very satisfied with the responsiveness and professionalism.

We had a leak in the kitchen from the shower, Kim was very helpful we initially sent him photos of the shower and he gave some suggestions of what it could be, when this did not work Kim came out straight away and had the leak fixed within the hour. Kim is very professional and knowledgeable and we will not hesitate to contact him again in the future.

John is amazing! I needed help with my shower drain . I called McFarland Plumbing Repair service and they came immediately. I have had a problem with this drain for a while . 2 other companies tried to fix it and couldn’t but still had to pay them for their time. We had a leak in the wall between the kitchen and the playroom. My husband called for help. A leak detective was recommended and arrived in a few hours. Then, a couple hours later the plumber arrived. He was polite and trustworthy. He quickly repaired the leak and left. All was fixed in about 4 hours with no hassle. McFarland Plumbing Repair Service exceeded my expectations today. James was professional, courteous, respectful, and patient. When my drain did not unclog the first time he took another approach to get my drain unclogged. He did not leave until the drain was unclogged. In addition, James went above the call of duty and added trap to the drain to reduce future clogging issues at no additional charge. The customer service provided by James and his company were amazing. McFarland Plumbing Repair Service will be my future choice in providing plumbing services. I will be recommending them to family and friends.

We came home from vacation on a Saturday afternoon to find a flooded basement. Called McFarland Plumbing Repair Service as we have a service contract with them. Dan arrived within 30 minutes, figured out it was our sump pump, gave me options of replacements and then installed the new one immediately. Great experience.

Fast and reliable service. I was referred to McFarland Plumbing Repair Service by a friend.I called them on a weekend and they were able to send out a plumber to replace my broken water heater.He was able to replace it within two hours. Called at noon and asked if they had availability today and they said someone would be here between 2-3pm. I called at 345 to check in when no one showed or called and they confirmed my address and said they would call the tech and get back to me. It’s now 615 and no one showed or called. Looking For another company to come in the AM. Things happen but communication would have been very helpful and I could have tried to get someone else out today.

Horrible experience! Bad customer service! Set up a Appointment for service, i was given a 2 hour window for the tec to show up, got a call 30 min after my appointment saying it will. B bit late! When i waisted almost all my day waiting for this person!
