If you want something done right, go to Trenchless. Everyone is stunned to hear they need a new cast iron pipe. You immediately think, they have to dig under the house! Not true. The owner John educate calmed me down after explaining the process. The gentlemen that he sent to do the job were professional. They pulled up at the time stated and started working. Very Important to us is that workers don’t leave a mess. When they were finished with the last part, the bathroom, I heard them cleaning it. Companies just don’t do this kind of service anymore. The guys were happy to work. They were polite and here with a purpose. No dragging feet. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Plumbing company sent a remarkable young man named Judah. He was very professional , knew exactly what he was doing and was greatly appreciated. Time between my call & kitchen drain unclogged was less than 5 hours. A picture of plumber was sent prior to his arrival. Loved the extra touch of receptionist after I told her what I needed. She asked ”Is there anything else we can do for you?” Wow!

Contacted them for service on the boiler in our home. Very professional and polite, provided a detailed explanation of why the boiler was performing poorly and the work done to correct it. Heating has never worked as well as it is now.

The team at Modern Plumbing installed a new water heater for us. They did a good job, but a few weeks after the installation, I noticed water leaking from the vent boot on the roof. I called to inform them of this issue. They sent a tech out and he surveyed the situation and took pictures. He said the office would be in touch with me within a few days. I had to reach out to them to find out how they would fix the issue. They would not take responsibility or ownership of the problem. Their tech was the one that re positioned the vent pipe that caused the holes in the roof boot. I now have to pay for a roofer to fix the issue they created. Very disappointed.

They performed professionally from start to finish. They did what the contract called for and did it on time. We were very pleased with their performance. Its fixed and there's no sign of it left. Thats important.

Worst plumbing company out there. Not professional, very poor quality of work, and incapable of doing anything right!
