Christian came out and did a terrific job when my water heater burst. He gave me an estimate, without the usual predatory pressure you get with most plumbers. He also offered some professional advice regarding what I wanted to do and the job was fixed in less than three hours from my original call to Peter's. Very happy with the outcome of all interactions.

I'm glad I discovered this place today. Another store had sold me a bad part and given hassle so I found Lion Plumbing here on google and hurried down. They had the exact parts I needed at good prices. The warehouse is huge. It looks like that have any plumbing part you can imagine.

The plumber was friendly, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire process. They even followed up with me after the work was completed to make sure that everything was still working properly and to answer any additional questions I had. - Plumber contacted by me and set up appointment with tenant to service leaking toilet valve. Following day completed service as scheduled, with tenant reporting professionalism and promptness with plumber paid same day for work completed.

- Tenant reports that valve set too low and float not adjustable far enough to completely flush toilet.

- Plumber contacted 2 times to fix work, first time no showed on tenant. 2nd time ghosted tenant and stopped answering phone.

- Had to facetime with tenant and instruct them on how to uninstall, adjust valve to correct height, reinstall valve, and adjust float. This would have taken a plumber like 5 minutes.
